 My intention today is to be grateful for friends in my life.

GRATEFUL FOR COMPLETED GOALS

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He helped me to complete my goals and now I am able to enjoy the miracles and joy of life.

Charles is coming over today for an overnight.  I was supposed to go to the apartment and walk at Sunken Meadow but that was changed because of the rain.

I'm speaking with Dom today and hopefully Freddy will be able to be here when the Verizon guys come.

I'm all set for the miracles.......the work is done.

Thank you Almighty.

GRATEFUL FOR THE BREATHE

 I am grateful to the Almighty for He has given me breathe and that has allowed me to slow down when I get anxious.

Spring has made an early beginning.  I finished my chores yesterday and was able to walk at The Home Depot. I finished up my food shopping to and made dinner.  I'm back on my diet/exercise program and I'm very happy.   Today I will do the same thing.

I attended the Syosset Book Club and was very pleased with the discussion of the book.  Today I will begin another book.  I'm back to reading!!!!!

Charles and I watched Rachael Maddox and were very happy with the show.

Remi and I have been texting and it's a lot of fun.

Thank you Almighty for the breathe.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a new life.

Last night I went to dinner and played Mahjong.

Today I have some cleaning to do and some food shopping.

I'm also going to a Book Discussion at the Syosset Library.

Life is good........I'm enjoying it.

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the beautiful new day that He has sent me.

Charles went to St. James this morning after breakfast.

We will hang out again on Thursday.

I love him so much.

Our wedding preparations are progressing nicely.

Tonight I'm playing MahJong.

Life is good and I am grateful to the Almighty for this.

GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH REMI

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given us a wonderful experience with Remi.

We picked Remi up at Hillside Hospital on Wednesday and had breakfast at the Hicksville Diner. From there we went to pick up Matzah and headed out to St. James.  We went to Dick's and Barnes and Noble and to Mannino's for dinner.  The next two days were filled with games, a championship hockey game between the United States and Canada and basketball among other things.  We brought him back to Hilary at Pasteria and had dinner.

Today we are just relaxing.

I am grateful to the Almighty for giving me a wonderful grandson.

GRATEFUL FOR DAYS WITH REMI

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me Remi to babysit from Wednesday to Friday.

I am grateful to Charles for coming up with a plan to see Remi.

GRATEFUL THAT THE ALMIGHTY IS IN MY LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He is in my life.

It is the Almighty that will help me to heal.

I will breathe and try my best to live in the moment.

Yesterday I cleaned the entire house and today I have chores to do.  My hair is being blown out at ID.  I'm speaking with Judith.  I have having alterations done on my wedding dress too.  I will pack because tomorrow Charles and I are taking Remi to the apartment until Friday.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all that He has done for me.

GRATEFUL FOR EMPOWERMENT

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has empowered me to believe in myself. 

I awoke this morning with Charles having gone shopping for a wedding suit which we bought and pillows and mattress covers.  We went to PJC for a film and dinner and I was so proud to bring him to the synagogue.  We came home to watch The White Lotus.

I have been texting with Remi and that has continued.  Today I will clean the house and get a manicure.  I woke up empowered and believing in myself.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all that He has done or me.

GRATEFUL OR LOVE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to experience love for the FIRST time in my life.

I am so in love with Charles!!!!!

Today we are going to Men's Warehouse to buy a suit for the reception wedding luncheon that we're having ob Sunday March 16.

We are going to Kohl's to buy pillows.

Tonight we are going to PJC.  Men's Club is hosting a dinner and film and we are attending.

The White Lotus begins it's third season tonight and we will watch it.

Charlie and I are best friends and I am so grateful for his love Almighty.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me this new day.

It's Valentine's Day and Charles is taking me out to Monroe's for a Valentine's Day dinner. 

We will be listening to Bobby Sings Bobby.  Ray and Anita will be there with Ray doing the technology.

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a day to relax and an evening to be with my love.

GRATEFUL FOR MEDITATING IN THE MORNING

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He taught me to meditate every morning.

This morning I read about LET IT GO.  The passage dealt with the things that people have said to you through the years that you haven't let go of.  I find that in retirement....I have much more time to think and that's when I remember these thoughts.   I will be conscious of this in the future and do better.

Today I will get my hair colored and blown out.  I have laundry to do and I want to read my book.

It's a quiet day and I'm looking forward to it.

GRATEFUL FOR CHARLES

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has brought Charles into my life.

Yesterday I attended The Mystery Book Club in the Syosset Library and I really enjoyed it.  I became friends with an older woman named Linda and we're going to have lunch.

Charles was home when I got back and we went to meet up with Anita and Ray at La Familia to discuss our wedding reception.

Today Charles is taking me to the dentist to check my implant.  My bonding broke and I hope he can fix that also.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all that He has done for me.

GRATEFUL FOR LOVING MYSELF

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has helped me learn to love myself.

I wake up in the morning with the effects of PTSD.  BUT, I remind myself to love myself in the moment and move on.  Physically my body has learned fear BUT my mind is learning to embrace the day and the moment.

Today Charlie and I are having lunch with Anita and Ray to plan the music or the wedding reception.  Charlie will sleep over and take me to Dr. Gluck tomorrow as another snow storm is coming.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all that I have learned from him,

GRATEFUL FOR MY BELIEF IN THE ALMIGHTY

 I am grateful to the Almighty.  I have always believed in Him and He has always been there for me.

Charles left this morning and will be back tomorrow.  We are going to lunch with Anita and Ray to discuss wedding reception plans.  Charles is sleeping over because I need to go to the dentist and it's going to snow and he's taking me on Wednesday.

Today I cleaned the house and took Matzah for his medicinal bath.

I'm hosting Mahjong at my house BUT having dinner at home because I have leftovers from the Super Bowl.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all that He as done for me and continues to do.

GRATEFUL FOR A POSITIVE ATTITUDE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has helped me to develop a positive attitude to life.

Yesterday after I said my prayers,  Charles and I picked up Remi at Hillside Hospital where he was dropped off by Hilary.  What a wonderful day Charles planned!!!!  We saw LIU play Franklin Pierce in part of an ice hockey game.  We visited Anita and Ray.  Then we went to Hofstra and saw Hofstra play Stonybrook.   We ad lunch at Umberto's.

We went to Pasteria and had dinner and ordered food for the Super Bowl today.

It was a most relaxing day with Charlie and I can't wait to watch the SuperBowl.

Thank you Almighty for helping me to develop a positive attitude to life.

GRATEFUL FOR LEARNING TO BELIEVE IN MYSELF

 I am grateful to the Almighty because it was He who taught me to believe in myself.

It was the Almighty who taught me to love myself and be proud of me.

Today Charles and I are spending the day with Remi.  We are taking him to a Hockey game and a Basketball gam at Hofstra.

It will be a joyous day.

GRATEFUL FOR LOVING MYSELF

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He taught me how to love myself.

Yesterday I had a manicure.  I also cleaned my jewelry and bought myself a beautiful heart for Valentine's Day showing how much I LOVE MYSELF AND HOW PROUD I AM OF ME.

Charles returned from Lake Placid and bought me a hat and a magnet.  My husband is back and I'm very happy.

I went to Mario's with Margie and had a wonderful time.

Today I'm doing chores and preparing for the Sabbath.  Lous will blow my hair out.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all that He has done for me.

GRATEFUL FOR LEARNING ABOUT MYSELF

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has truly helped me to become proud of myself.

I am trying not to criticize myself and see the value in all that I do.  This is not an easy goal as my mother and the creature tried their best to destroy my self worth and at times I find myself destroying me.

However, I now realize this thanks to the Almighty and I'm working on i.

GRATEFUL FOR HAPPINESS

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me such happiness in my life.

I did many errands yesterday BUT still had time to read and make a delicious dinner.

Charles is up at Lake Placid with the guys and will be back tomorrow.

Today I'm going to read, relax and spend time with Karen.  We will go ou to dinner too.

I am grateful to the Almighty for the happiness in my life.

GRATEFUL FOR NOT BEING ANYONE'S VICTIM

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has freed me and I am no longer anyone's victim.

I saw that last night while I had dinner with the girls at Pasteria and then while we played Mahjong.  I was free and anything that they said about me I laughed about.

I am no longer anyone's victim.

Today I have errands to do and then I'm attending a Title Swap at the Syosset Library.

I plan to read.  I also need to get to Athleta.

I am grateful to the Almighty for helping me to grow.

GRATEFUL FOR ACCEPTING FAILURE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has taught me to accept failure.......failure will help me to grow.

Although that doesn't seem to make sense.....it really does because certain things could not be avoided.  You did the best that you could and and have  had many successes.  You have learned a lot and have moved on and I'm very proud of you.

Charles left at 6AM from Plainview to go to Lake Placid with the guys. Steve drove and he'll be back on Thursday.

I'm playing Mahjong tonight!!  I'm having dinner with the girls at Pasteria.

GRATEFUL FOR MOVING FORWARD

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has sent me Charles who has helped me to move forward and understand my life.

It's been a wonderful weekend with Charles.  Yesterday we watched CONCLAVE and went to dinner at LA FAMILIA.

Today we are just relaxing in the house.

We read.....we had incredible sex.......we watched HERE and I made a delicious chicken dinner.

I love it.

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to become FREE.

Every Saturday I usually go to services at PJC BUT today I was tired and I realized that I could say my prayers at home because I AM FREE.
