INTRODUCTION

While watching a television program before I went to work, I heard a discussion of how to work with depression on CNN. The conversation was about writing a few words about a daily gratitude every day.

I thought that this was a wonderful idea. I intend to make this my goal for 2012. Each day, I will think about what I am grateful for on that day.

I'm going to start today and I will date each entry. Here goes.
