GRATEFUL THAT DANA AND MADALYN ARE COMING!!!

 I am grateful to the Almighty because Dana and Madalyn are visiting me today.

It's the first time that they came by themselves!!!!!

It was an absolutely wonderful day. It was the first time that Madalyn and Mommy were visiting Grandma by themselves.......Madalyn explored everything....stairs, doors, things to drop, giraffes and then the outside where she actually climbed the steps to the deck.  We sat outside......Madalyn and Mommy went for a walk......Mommy took a nap.

We went out to lunch at Pasteria too!

It was a wonderful day.

GRATEFUL FOR BEING CALM IN MY OWN HOME

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I am calm in my own home.

Last night Rhonnie, Barbara and I went out for dinner and played Mahjong.  So much fun!!!!

Today is a quiet day.  It's also part of a major Northeast heat wave.

We are getting a heat wave and since I did chores yesterday (food shopping, wash) I can relax today in my own home.  I feel joy and calmness about this.

Thank you Almighty.

GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL VACATION

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the wonderful vacation in Boston/Cambridge with Charles.

GRATEFUL FOR A "REAL VACATION"

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has seen fit to give me a "real vacation."

Charles and I joyfully will be going up to Boston/Sommerville to visit his daughter Sara and have a "real vacation"........with fun things to do.

I will be writing to you again on Monday June 28th when we return.

GRATEFUL FOR ANOTHER VACATION

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He is sending me on another vacation with Charles.

We are going up to Boston.....to Sommerville to be exact to visit with his daughter Sara. 

A tour of Harvard waits for me as well as a Boston Ghost Tour.

I'm very excited.

I really love this man and all the fun we are having.

I am also grateful to the Almighty because my wrist and head are also improving.

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me laughter and joy!

Yesterday Charle's son Michael and his girlfriend visited to spend a pre-Father's Day with us.

It was a very joyous afternoon.

Today we will be going to Bayville to Walls Wharf for dinner for Father's Day.

Charles wants to go to the US Open and he received a text from his 4th love saying that she wants to join us.  This is beyond funny.....like 2 cats circling each other.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all the laughter in my life.

 I am grateful to the Almighty because my injuries are improving.

My head feels better as does my hand.

My new oven came today.

Charles will be coming over for the weekend.

GRATEFUL FOR A SMALL INJURY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I fell yesterday while I was walking and although there was blood gushing from my head......and my hand swelled up.....nothing appears to be broken.

GRATEFUL FOR FRIENDS

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me wonderful friends.

Bob, Karen and I ordered an oven on Monday at P.C. Richards.  Yesterday Karen called to tell me that Bob was calling with issues about the oven.  He couldn't get me on the phone so he came over to discover that I was sunbathing in the back.  He explained that we needed to go back to P.C. Richards and order another one because there was a problem with the first one......and so we did!!!!

I am grateful to the Almighty for the friends n my life.

GRATEFUL FOR A LEAP OF FAITH

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He made me a strong woman able to take leaps of faith.

I practiced yoga in Margaret's class yesterday and she spoke of this.

I was very brave in my life and took positive chances to my life to make it better. As I result I had a wonderful career and now two amazing daughters, sons in law and grandchildren.

And I met Charles........Yesterday we went to hear Bobby Sings Bobby in the Broadway Tavern in Malverne.  We had a wonderful time.

He went home this morning and I will be speaking with him tonight. 

I'm practicing yoga in Leslie's class this morning.

Karen is coming over and we are looking for an oven and having dinner.

Life is good and I am grateful to the Almighty for this.

Charles and I are meeting Hilary and Remi at The Queens Zoo and are spending the day together!!!!!

GRATEFUL FOR PRACTICING YOGA

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I practiced yoga yesterday in Dawn's class and her mantra is something that I will remember forever.

RATEFUL FOR THE BREATHE

 I am grateful to the Almighty for my breathe.

I am grateful for my health and grateful to be alive......Yesterday my oven died.  This coming Monday Karen and I will be ordering a new one at PC RICHARDS.

Today i will practice yoga and do sone chores.  I'm having my hair colored and blown out too.

Tonight my friend Barbara is being honored at PJC and I will be there.

I will end the evening talking to Charles.

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has made me a balanced individual.

I do chores and  have fun!

Monday I cleaned the entire house.Yesterday I practiced yoga. Freddy has finished the summer work on the house. Yesterday I met Charles n Commack and we went to Sunken Meadow and had a picnic and an afternoon at the beach.  We spoke to say goodnight in the evening!

Today I will go food shopping and practice yoga.

Thank you Almighty for my wonderful life.

GRATEFUL FOR THE JOYS IN MY LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty for all the joys in my life.

I am in good health and very happy.

I made plans with Hilary to meet her and my little Remi at the Queens Zoo on Saturday!!! Charles is of course coming.  

Charles is in my life.....what a miracle.

Freddy is almost finished with my summer work.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all that He has done for me.

GRATEFUL FOR A QUIET WEEKEND

I am grateful to the Almighty because He gave me an amazing BUT yet a quiet weekend.

Charles spent the weekend with me.  He worked at The Belmont Stakes on Friday and Saturday and I made dinner BOTH nights.  What a joy it is to have Sabbath dinner with a loving and respectful man.

I attended services on Saturday and came home to read and get a suntan.

Sunday was a beautiful and quiet day filled with the breathe and peace as we both stayed home.

Charles took me to dinner at Margarita Grill and ir was delicious.

Today I will begin again to practice yoga and clean my house.

I am grateful to the Amighty for the peace in my life.

Charles is spending the weekend with me.  He spent last night and today volunteering at the Belmont Stakes.

We had a lovely quiet dinner last night.

I'm getting ready to go to services and then to walk later, read and just lay in the sun working on my tan!

GRATEFUL FOR FEELING BETTER

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I am feeling better.

Conjunctivitis is slow going but is moving in the right direction.  I now take 1 drop a day in each eye twice a day. 

I have been getting errands done and speaking with family, friends and Charles.

Charles is working at Belmont today and tomorrow. He will be spending the weekend with me.

I am grateful to the Almighty because I'm feeling better.

GRATEFUL FOR FEELING BETTER

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has helped me to feel better today.

I went to see Dr. Fracassa yesterday and he said that the conjunctive ness is 91% healed. He gave me new drops to put in twice a day. He said that I could wear my makeup again.  I did this morning but not near my eyes. I was also told to buy allergy medication and drops for dry eyes.

Today will be a quiet day with a few chores....The Home Depot.....Petco and food shopping.

I am grateful to the Almighty because I'm feeling better.

 I came home today from a wonderful vacation with Charles.  Even though it rained, we had a lot of fun.
