I competed this week's Passover chores. The last thing that I did was to create a pile of Pesach items that Charles will bring up on Saturday. I'm proud of me. I did my morning chores. I read both newspapers and finished the book that I am facilitating for the Sports Book Club on Monday and am starting another book called, I Will Find You for the Yoga Book Club on the 19th of April. I'm off to color and blow out my hair and will probable wind up at the Huntington Mall.

I did not know how strong I was......but therapy has helped me to understand what transpired in my life to sap my strength.
Now I'm back!!!! Dana was not going to move in with me and Hilary was not visiting me the day after both Seders.....not going to either........visiting non-Jews in Arizona and Colorado on this holy holiday.....

I am grateful to the Almighty because EACH morning I read my meditation books and today i read something that really resonated with me and I decided then and there to make it a part of my life.
I wake up every morning and there is a dark cloud following me......it has in it all the misery that I have experienced over the years.
Why is this cloud with me? Why do I let it control me? Why do I carry bitter memories and stories in that cloud to upset me?
It's over.......that cloud is gone.
I'm going to work on this.

Charles was leaving this morning when I told him my feelings about Passover.......so much hard work and no one to share it with.
I decided to structure my day cleaning and reading and I felt better. I also decided to think of walking to and seeing the play Guys and Dolls at PJC with Charles and dinner with Rhonnie and Hank.
I am grateful that the Almighty made me a strong woman.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the St. Patrick's Day Dance. I won 2 prizes.

Charles went with me to Dr. Ludwig for periodontal surgery. The surgery went very well and Charles was a hit with everyone.
We had dinner in a wonderful restaurant in Huntington before the show at The Paramount in Huntington, a place that I have never been to. Lara Hop and The ArkTones were great and Michelle and Gene invited us back to their house to toast Lara.
Today I will get my hair blow out and walk in The Home Depot.
Tonight we have a St. Patrick's Day Dinner to attend.
Life is wonderful and I am beyond grateful to the Almighty for this.

Mornings are hard because I have PTSD but it gets better during the day as I remember all the good in my life.
Today Charlie is taking me to Dr. Ludwig.......my periodontist as I need a procedure done on 4 teeth. In the evening we are going to a concert at the Paramount Theatre in Huntington......Lara and the ArcTones.

Charlie was in Manhattan yesterday with Dan for a Ranger game and he came back to sleep with me and I made breakfast.
I practiced yoga in Hollie's class today and she spoke of this. Afterwards I wet to Athleta, the liquor store, Solomon's and ShopRite. I came home to take Matzah to Dr. Ulrich too and now I'm going for a manicure.

We woke up early today.......Charles gave blood and played horseshoes in AlleyPond Park with other people from Hollis. I practiced yoga in Pam's class and walked at The Home Depot.
We watched Everything, Everywhere, All at Once on On Demand.
I'm making salmon for dinner.

Yesterday was a wonderful day filled with yoga, Yoga Book Club....chores and errands culminating in me buying a new pair of sneakers. I cleaned a bathroom and made a Passover Shopping list of all that I had purchased. I even cleaned out the dishwasher.
Dana and Madalyn did not come for dinner. I believe that Madalyn is exhausted from all these Airbnbs.
I enjoyed the Sisterhood Book Club also.
Charlie is coming home today.

Yesterday I had dinner with my MahJong group and I found myself laughing and smiling. It felt very good. I spoke to Charlie last night from Texas and it felt warm and fuzzy because I am loved. This morning I petted Matzah and again I felt laughter and love.

I am healthy. I am happy. I'm beginning the week by taking Matzah to the vet. I will be getting tickets for the seders too. I will begin setting up for Passover. I hope to walk at The Home Depot. I will also be going out to dinner and playing MahJong. Charles left early this morning from my house for San Antonio. I made coffee at 4:30AM.

Yesterday Charles and I visited with Lou, Sue, Carol and Cliff. It snows so Charlie came from St. James to pick me up and drive me to Patchogue. Dinner was wonderful. Everyone got along and there was a lot of drinking, smoking and laughing.
Charlie slept over and we practiced yoga in Hollie's class and then had breakfast at The French Connection.
Charlie went home and we will chat tonight.
