I am grateful to the Almighty because I have learned to live in the moment.
Mornings are hard because I have PTSD but it gets better during the day as I remember all the good in my life.
Today Charlie is taking me to Dr. Ludwig.......my periodontist as I need a procedure done on 4 teeth. In the evening we are going to a concert at the Paramount Theatre in Huntington......Lara and the ArcTones.
I am so happy that Charlie came into my life.
Thank you Almighty for learning to live in the moment.
