GRATEFUL FOR HAVING CHARLES IN MY LIFE

I am beyond grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed Charles to come into my life and my life has been forever changed.

Yesterday after services we went to ROOSEVELT FIELD and FINALLY created the little statue that Freddy had given us as a wedding present.  It is adorable.  We had Japanese food for dinner in the new restaurant in Woodbury.  We made plans for this coming Wednesday with Kevin and Iris, a new young Asian couple that we know from the Fairfield Apartments.

Today Charles sent a text to Hilary confirming plans to see Remi.   We are able to see Remi again because Izzy intervened with Hilary.

Tonight is the beginning of Yom Kippur.  I hope that the fast is an easy one and that the Almighty will bless  me and Charles and my family and friends.

May we be Sealed in The Book of Life.

GRATEFUL FOR A BEAUTIFUL SABBATH

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a beautiful Sabbath.

Last night I made Sabbath dinner for Charles and me.  Afterwards we sat outside and it was a beautiful evening.

Today I went to services and then FINALLY we both went to Roosevelt Field and posed so that Freddy's wedding gift to us can be made.

Tonight we are going for Japanese food.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all that He does for me.

GRATEFUL FOR THE SABBATH

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given us the Sabbath.

I am truly exhausted after the filming yesterday and all the errands that I have done this week. I am so looking forward to a day of rest.

GRATEFUL FOR ENJOYNG EACH MOMENT OF MY LIFE

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to enjoy each moment of my life.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW ROAD

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has placed me on a new road!

It's a new road where I can enjoy being me and the life that the Almighty has given me. It's a life where I take the false dreams and place them in the setting sun.

This week I have thoroughly enjoyed everything I have done by myself and with friends. I am happy and I am grateful to the Almighty for this.

GRATEFUL FOR LEAVING FALSE DREAMS BEHIND

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has helped me to leave FALSE DREAMS behind me and to continue to CREATE NEW EXPERIENCES AND DREAMS.

Charles has helped also to create new dreams and leave the false ones behind.

Yesterday we attended the SPORTS BOOK CLUB and I was interviewed by a NEWSDAY reporter who was wring a feature story about male book clubs.  I'M THE ONLY FEMALE IN THE CLUB!  We had such in THE OLD PUB and I went home to play MAHJONG and actually won a game.

 Today is a busy and fun day.....,Plainview Meditation, Nikko will blow out my hair, Solomon's to change necklaces and a variety of other things.  I hope to walk too at THE HOME DEPOT.

GRATEFUL FOR CHARLES

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed Charles to be a part of my life.

I am heading to St. James this morning to participate in the SPORTS BOOK CLUB.....have lunch with the guys and then to go to Sunken Meadow for the Tashlich Service.

I'm moving forward following my "WHO SHALL....." prayer.

GRATEFUL FOR A SPIRITUAL ROSH HASHANAH

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a wonderful and spiritual Rosh Hashanah.

I sat in the first row and prayed with my whole heart.  The Almighty heard me and answered me through a prayer entitled in English...."WHO SHALL........"   The answer was right before me.  "WHO SHALL BE RIDDLED WITH MISERY AND PTSD AS THEY REFUSE TO GIVE UP FALSE DREAMS OR WHO SHALL BE FREE TO ENJOY LIFE?"   Thank you Almighty!   I know what I prayed for!!!!

I hope that that the Almighty answers all my prayers.

GRATEFUL FOR BEING STRONG

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has made me a strong human being able to fend off challenges.

Charles left yesterday morning for a well deserved rest after the disgusting antics of my children.   I had planned an organized day!   I went to Plainview Meditation.  Then I went to Raves and had my hair colored light brown with blond hi lites.  I cleaned and then ordered a beautiful necklace at Solomon's.  I did ALL THE FOOD SHOPPING....both in ShopRite and Trader Joe's and camp home to read the paper. I had a session with Kyra. and then had dinner at Mario's.  I had let my diet lapse and now I'm right back on track!

 I woke up today and cried a bit.  I know that the Almighty is with me as I face all my challenges.  Today I will clean a bathroom......cook Rosh Hashanah dinner and get ready for Shabbos.

I am grateful t the Almighty for being with me always.

GRATEFUL FOR BEING BRAVE

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has made me a brave human being.

Hilary and Dana have done it this time and Charlie knows.  Hilary kept Remi away from us for the entire summer, traumatized him with sleep away camp and as a result he wouldn't sleep at the house after the US Open.  Madalyn is just as crazy as Dana. After a three day weekend and kissing me goodbye as if she loved me to death she complained to her mother that I yelled at her and called me a lier when I said that I didn't.

Thank you Almighty for giving me the strength to survive.

GRATEFUL FOR SEEING BEAUTY IN THE WORLD

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to see beauty in the world.

Yesterday Charles and I took Izzy, Remi, Madalyn to the US OPEN.   It was an absolutely beautiful day.  The match we saw was wonderful as were all the games and pictures that we took.  It was a wonderful day and we will remember it always.

Today Madalyn gos back to Brooklyn and tomorrow she starts first grade.  Remi is in third grade.  I am grateful to see them grow up.

Thank you Almighty for allowing me to see the beauty in the world.

GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL SUMMER

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a wonderful summer.

Charles and I went to Long Beach in St. James yesterday.  Michael and Lola had a problem with an air b&b and needed a place to stay.  We came back to Plainview after dinner.....woke up this morning.....had breakfast in The French Connection and are now awaiting Madalyn coming to stay with us until Wednesday.

Tonight we are taking her for sushi which she loves and tomorrow we will meet up with Izzy and Remi for the US Open.

Thank you Almighty for the good in my life.

GRATEFUL FOR THE MIRACLES IN MY LIFE

I am grateful to the Almighty for all the miracles in my life.

Yesterday I went to services at PJC and then Charles and I went to the pool. I made chicken for dinner.  Today Charles and I went to service at All Souls Church and then we went to the beach.  Charles made dinner.  Michael and Lola are using the apartment and Charles will be with me until Thursday.

Madalyn is coming tomorrow and Tuesday Charles and I and Madalyn will meet up with Izzy and Remi to attend the US Open.

What a wonderful Labor Day Weekend.

Last night Charles and I shared Shabbat services and dinner.

Today I'm getting ready to attend services.

GRATEFUL FOR WHO I AM

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has helped me learn WHO I AM.

Yes, I still have the PTSD pain in my stomach which shows fear BUT I am excited to start the new day.

Charles and I met with Tyler and the filming will begin on Thursday September 17 at my house!  I have hired Oscar and my Freddy too.

Today I will get my hair blown out at Raves and also get a pedicure.  I have a session at Plainview Meditation too.

I'm cooking dinner for today and tomorrow for Charles and me.

Life is good.

GRATEFUL FOR THE CHNGES IN MY LIFE

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has helped me to make changes in my life which have given me a new and beautiful life.

We are meeting with Tyler, the director of the film that we are going to be in. Charles is driving us to the Commack Diner.   I have chores to do.  I have a session at Plainview Meditation also.  I hope to walk too.

Tonight I'm having dinner with Margie at where else?   Mario's!

GRATEFUL FOR MY NEW LIFE

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a new life filled with joy and happiness.

I am going to the cemetery with Charles in New Jersey as I do every year before Rosh Hashanah.   It is there that I will realize how far my life has come and how grateful I am to the Almighty for this life.

I wish I had been loved and appreciated by my mother BUT this was NEVER meant to be. It changed the course of my entire life BUT I am proud to say that with the help of the Almighty I made it through the rain.

GRATEFUL FOR HOW FAR I HAVE COME

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to come so far in life and I'm so so proud of me.

I left the apartment yesterday after a wonderful visit with Michael a Lola and a wonderful dinner at Galiano's restaurant........a six course meal with wine tasting throughout.   I came home to complete all my chores.  At night I met the ladies at Pasteria and then we played Mahjong until 10:30 at my house where I hosted.  I spoke to Dana twice and had a remarkable and loving conversation.  Remi texted me too.

Today I'm having my hair straightened and going to Plainview Meditation for a session.  I hope to walk at The Home Depot.  Tonight I have a Sisterhood meeting to attend.

I am loving my life and am so grateful to the Almighty for it.
