I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to slow down.
I'm learning to relax and to remember that everything in life doesn't have to be done immediately. I can breathe.
Yesterday I enjoyed everything that I did slowly and quietly. I got up with a smile today ready to face the new day. My periodontal checkup was a good one. I'm loving Plainview Meditation.
It's going to be a crazy weekend. We are getting a giant nor'easter BUT this time I have a generator. It will be Sukkot BUT I'm not sure about services. Charles will be with me for the long weekend. Tonite is the start of Sukkot with Shabbat.
Thank you Almighty for allowing me to slow down.
