I am grateful to the Almighty because He has taught me to live in the moment and accept change.
Yesterday Charles took me to the periodontist and Dr. Lutnick did a bit of surgery on 2 teeth. I have to return next Thursday to do a re-check and see if I need a root canal. I took Charles out to dinner. He went back to the apartment and I went home to collapse!
Charles will be back tonight for Shabbos dinner. I need to buy fish. I need to get my hair blown out and walk at The Home Depot. I need to attend a session at Plainview Meditation too.
Life in the present is really good and I'm grateful to the Almighty for all of this.
