GRATEFUL FOR LOVE

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a life filled with love.

I am grateful to all of my friends who gave me rides when I didn't have a car. I am grateful to Charles for his love.....his help and his being there for me.  MY CAR IS BACK!!!

I went to services at PJC today and in a few minutes I will be leaving for the apartment.....a vacation for me and I'll be back on Thursday.

Thank you Almighty for all that you have done for me.

GRATEFUL FOR FOLLOWING MY HEART

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to follow my heart.

My heart was in love with Charles and my gut told me to marry him.  I have a wonderful life with him and I'm part of his family too.  Today Charles and I will be getting my car back.  I have really missed driving it.  I will miss Aaron BUT life must move on.

My heart told me to love and cherish my grandchildren and that's exactly what I have been doing.

As far as Hilary....she has been found out.  All the puzzle pieces come together and I'm following what my heart dictates.

Thank you Almighty for teaching me to follow my heart.

GRATEFUL FOR ALL THE JOY IN MY LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me so much joy in my life.

Yesterday I attended my first LUNCH and LEARN.  I really enjoyed it and lunch was delicious......salmon....I didn't have to make dinner!!!!   I was able to walk outside because it's like summer out there.  Today it will be 88 degrees!   Last night I attended the Sisterhood Book Club and had a great time.  Rhonnie drove me to both activities.

Today I'm getting my hair colored.  I hope to walk.  Margie is coming over to pick up the cat items that Karen gave me and we are going to Mario's for dinner.

I'm really enjoying my life and I'm beyond grateful to the Almighty for this.

GRATEFUL FOR LIVING IN TNE PRESENT

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has helped me to live in the present.

I had a wonderful time on my overnight with Charles at the apartment. Aaron dropped me off.   I was able to take NOT ONE BUT TWO WALKS.   I walked around the neighborhood while Charles went to his class.  After the show at CELEBRATE ST. JAMES we walked at Long Beach.  I walked over 5 miles and I'm proud of me.

Charles made a delicious swordfish dinner.  We went to sleep early as Charles dropped me off at the house and went to his doctors appointment.  

Rhonnie will be picking me up for LUNCH AND LEARN and for SISTERHOOD BOOK CLUB this evening.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all that He has done for me.

GRATEFUL FOR AN OVERNIGHT WITH CHARLES

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to have an overnight with Charles.  

It's been very tough without a car although Conti did say that I will have the car the beginning of next week.  It's a beautiful day and I'm taking the limo to the apartment to spend an overnight with Charles.  We have a show to see at Celebrate St. James too. I'm very excited.

I will be back tomorrow morning just in time for Rhonnie to pick me up for Lunch and Learn at PJC.

Yesterday was Yom Hashoah and there was a wonderful presentation t PJC dealing with how Italian Christians helped Italian Jews and others hide during World War 2.  The Italians had a concentration camp very different from the Germans and I learned a lot.

Thank you Almighty for taking care of me.

GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL WEEKEND WITH CHARLES

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a wonderful weekend with Charles.

Sabbath dinner on Friday......services on Saturday.......fun all day Saturday with Charles and Freddy.......dinner at Hama Sushi.

Laughing.....joking....getting chores done on Sunday.

Tuna dinner at home Sunday night.

Woke up Monday ready to face the day......Plainview Meditation and FV Cleaners.

GRATEFUL FOR A JOYFUL SABBATH

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has chosen to give me a glorious Sabbath.

Last night Charles arrived for candle lighting and dinner for the Sabbath. Pesach things have been put away and we move on.......

Today Charles drove me to services and picked me up.  It was absolutely wonderful to be back.

Playtime will be followed by dinner at Hama Sushi.

Thank you Almighty for this amazing day.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a new day.

I am very grateful that the Almighty encouraged me to go to Plainview Meditation. I wasn't ready for the experience in 2019, a year after the Creature died. But, I'm ready NOW to throw away that which doesn't serve me and I'm very grateful for this.  It has helped me to move on happily with my own life.  I feel lighter as a result of what I have been learning.  I understand who Hilary is and am able to distance myself from her hurtful and rotten behaviors while keeping Rrmi.  I am able to keep Charles' help so that I can see Madalyn.

i am grateful to the Almighty for all of this.

GRATEFUL FOR WONDERFUL DAYS

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to have wonderful, healthy and happy days.

Dana and Madalyn came to visit yesterday and the visit was a huge success.

Charles slept over and helped me do lots of things today....Plainview Meditation, Chase Bank where I needed to withdraw money, ShopRite where I needed salmon, Solomon's Jewelers to change my necklace, Angel Tips where I needed to make an appointment. We worked on our calendar too.

Charles went home.....to return tomorrow for Sabbath dinner and spend the weekend.

I hope to walk later as I first must begin the process of putting away Passover.

I am grateful to the Almighty for these wonderful days.

GRATEFUL FOR LEARNING

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to learn new things and that has allowed me to perceive things so differently.

Learning that Hilary is a narcissist and has the personality disorder will allow me to backoff of her with no regrets at all.  I feel so unburdened because all the incidents of her life make sense now.  I'm so glad that I made the choices that I did with her and I feel so unburdened by her.

I'm getting company today!!!!  DANA, MADALYN and MY CHARLES will be here today!!!

Thank you Almighty for all the things that you have taught me.

GRATEFUL FOR GOING TO PLAINVIEW MEDITATION

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He encouraged me to join Plainview Meditation.

I have learned so much that I used on the Mahjong girls last night. I was extremely pleased with myself.

Charles is home and I will see him tomorrow when Dana and Madalyn come for the day.

I'm missing my car BUT enjoy being driven by Aaron.

I had a session with Judith and corroborated that Hilary has Narcissistic  Personality Disorder.  That took a burden off of me as I don't have to "work" so hard anymore.

I was able to have a session at Plainview Meditation.......go to Trader Joe's and CVS too.

I walked 3 miles and started my new book....Long Island Reads....The Doorman.

Life is good and I'm grateful to the Almighty for this.

GRATEFUL FOR MY HEALTH

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me good health.  That is such a blessing.

This morning I became frantic because my phone wasn't working. Jessica fixed it. Freddy came over too.   Charles called and we will be speaking at 5PM as he will be home.

I'm going to Plainview Meditation today and to walk at The Home Depot.

GRATEFUL FOR LIVING IN THE MOMENT

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has helped me to learn to live in the moment. 

The Seders are over and I have settled down to the Passover Holiday.  I don't have a vehicle....it is in the Cont Body Shop being fixed soAaron from Aaron's Limo has been  driving me where I need to go.

Charles is in Virginia for Easter. He is taking AmTrak home tomorrow morning. He was at the first Seder and Hilary, Izzy and my beloved Remi were at the second.

I've been walking and following my diet. Dana and Madalyn will visit on Wednesday and Charles will join us for dinner.

I haven't cooked yet as I am still eating leftovers from the Seders that Freddy packed for me.

I've cleaned.  I finished a wonderful book for the Sisterhood Book Club called Heart of a Stranger.  I will be reading The Doorman for Long Island reads.

I've been meditating also. 

 I try to be focused on the present.

 I am beyond grateful to the Almighty for all that He has done for me.

GRATEFUL FOR MY LIFE

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a wonderful new life.

Charles left this morning for Virginia where He will be celebrating Easter with the family.

I went to a wonderful second seder with Hilary, Izzy and my beloved Remi.  Thank you Almighty for encouraging me to go to Plainview Meditation because I asked the Universe to help me make false dreams and memories disappear and He did.  I was then allowed to deal with Hilary and Izzy.

I love little Remi.  He enjoyed the Seder.....my friends enjoyed him and Remi found the Afikoman which allowed us to have dessert.  Remi won a $20 Amazon gift certificate.

It truly was a wonderful evening.

Today Aaron is coming and I'm getting my hair blown out and walking at The Home Depot.

Thank you Almighty for the good in my life.

GRATEFUL FOR A SPIRITUAL SEDER

I am grateful to the Almighty because He sent Charles to me.

We went to the first Seder at PJC last night and it was wonderful.  We had a great table with Marcy, Mark and Alyssa and everyone got along.  Charles payed attention and said the prayers and I read the 4 Questions in Yiddish.

I made Charles a matza brie for breakfast this morning and we both remembered our little dog.  Charles will be at home today and I will be at the second Seder with Debbie, Marcy and family and Hilary, Izzy and Remi.

Today I will rest, relax and read....the weather is not good so I won't walk but I will meditate and thank the Almighty for my wonderful new life.

GRATEFUL FOR A LIMO SERVICE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has sent Aaron back to me after that horrific car accident.  I am also grateful to the Almighty because I am physically healthy and emotionally happy.   Aaron was the owner of Aaron's Limo the car service that I took for two years after Remi was born and before I met Charles.

My car is being fixed at Conti Collision and now Aaron drives me where I need to go. Yesterday I went to Plainview Meditation and to walk at The Home Depot.

Today I'm setting up the house completely as the first Seder is tonight at Plainview Jewish Center.  Charlie will be going with me.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all that He has done for me.
