GRATEFUL FOR MY NEW APARTMENT

 I am grateful to the Almighty because Charles and I are renting a 2 bedroom apartment in his Fairfield development.

I can finally have the joy of living with someone that I truly love.

GRATEFUL FOR A BEAUTIFUL MEMORIAL DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the beautiful Memorial Day that I had.

Charles and I with me driving went to Bethpage State Park to take in some sun and read.

I drove on a highway.....Wow!!!

I made dinner on the deck....Sally's chicken and it was delicious.

Thank you Almighty for this incredible day.

GRATEFUL BECAUSE I AM CONTENT

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I am content with my life.

I'm going to practice mindfulness and live in the moment which is good.

Last night began the holiday of Shavout. I went to services, had a dairy dinner and won the raffle prize.......a photographer will be taking a picture of Charles and me!!!!

Charles will be coming for the weekend because it's also Memorial Day weekend.

I'm so grateful to be with my love this holy day and American holiday.

GRATEFUL FOR SEEING THE JOY IN MY LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I am beginning to see the joy in my life.

Madalyn has been given her 3K program.

Charlie and I will have a 2 bedroom apartment by the end of the summer.

Yesterday I go a mani/pedi.

Yesterday I practiced yoga too!!!

Today I will complete chores and errands........talk to Charlie at 4 and head to pJC for a Shavouth service and dinner.

GRATEFUL FOR WAKING UP PEACEFULLY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I woke up peacefully to begin my day........there were no PTSD thoughts.

Yesterdays dental cleaning and checkup went very well.  I got a lot of things done also. I was able to read and walk.......

Today I will practice yoga and walk.  It's Matzah's birthday!!

Life s good.

GRATEFUL FOR A FULFILLING LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has chosen to give me a wonderful and fulfilling life.

Charles and I came home on Sunday from Mohonk Mountain House.  We had a wonderful time!!

Charles went home.  I picked up Matzah.......did some chores and went out to dinner and played Mahjong last night.

Today I had an 8 am dental leaning and checkup.  I drove my new Rav 4 to New Hyde Park.

Unlike yesterday where I practiced yoga and walked........today I will walk after my chores are done.

Thank you Almighty for a very fulfilling life....I've come to realize the.

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the wonderful vacation that I had at Mohonk Mountain House.

It was Charles' birthday and what a wonderful gift for him and for me.

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I am learning to love myself.

All my life I was abused first by a mother and then by the creature.

I am finally learning to love myself with the Almighty's patient care.

GRATEFUL FOR WAKING UP TO A BEAUTIFUL NEW DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I woke up....healthy and happy to a beautiful new day.

Today I will walk, pack and read.

Tomorrow is Charles birthday.  He will be 72 and I am taking him out to dinner at 56 Prime. 

I'm packing today because on Friday we lear for Mohonk Mountain House to spend a weekend celebrating Charles' birthday.

I am so grateful to you Almighty because you sent this wonderful  man into  my life.

GRATEFUL FOR A CALM LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a calm life.

Yesterday I put the entire house together, I walked, I spoke with Lenny and I went out to dinner and then hosted Mahjong in my house.

Thank you Almighty for this calm life.  It is hard to get used to in the morning BUT I'm trying.

GRATEFUL BECAUSE TODAY IS MOTHER'S DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has made me healthy and happy and today is Mother's Day.

I invited my girls, my sons-in-law and grandchildren.

Charlie is here too.

I ordered my food from Bagel Bass and a cake from Carvel.

Mother's Day was a huge success.  Everyone got along, we took pictures an even went to the park so Remi and Madalyn could play.  Dana decided to leave before the playground but that was fine.

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the wonderful Sabbath that I had.

I went to services an really enjoyed them.

In the afternoon.....we went to Northport to visit Charles' Virginia family who had come up for a wedding.

We came home to take a long nap.

What a wonderful day.

 I am grateful to the Almighty for all the happiness in my life.

Charles will be spending the weekend with me in Plainview.  We are going to a concert with his friends.  We are visiting Virginian relatives who are in New York for a wedding.

Charles will be spending the weekend at my house.  We have a concert at Westbury with 4 of his friends. We are seeing Virginia family members who are coming in for a wedding on Saturday.  Sunday is Mothers Day and the entire gang will be by me.

 I am grateful to the Almighty for a beautiful new day.

I am happy and healthy and ready to face the day and all its chores.

I came back from a wonderful weekend with Charles to face all my cores and I accomplished them all.

My periodontal checkup was good and I don't have to go back until July.

Today Matzah is going for a grooming and I am changing my closet and buying paper goods for my Mothers Day Party.

Life is good and I am grateful to the Almighty for this.

GRATEFUL FOR AN AMAZING WEEKEND WITH CHARLES

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I spent the weekend at Charles' place and had a wonderful time.

The weekend started with a delicious dinner for CINCO DE MAYO at a Mexican restaurant named Maria's in St. James.   Dana came to visit on Saturday and we walked at Blydenburgh Park. We also went to Sweetbriar and saw Nebula again.  We walked in the parks, ate in the restaurants and had a wonderful weekend.

Yesterday I got many, many chores done and then went out to dinner with Rose and Barbara before the Sisterhood Book Club.  My eye checkup was a good one.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty for a new day.

I am happy and healthy and smiling.

Slowly, I am getting used to being home before I leave again on Friday.

Chores are getting done.

Yesterday I attended a Sisterhood Meeting.  We played The Price is Right.  Tonight I'm having  dinner with Rose and Barbara and attending the Sisterhood Book Club.

I spoke with Judith and soon will be off to the vet and the eye doctor.

GRATEFUL FOR A WEEKEND WITH CHARLES

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to spend a wonderful weekend with Charles.

It rained almost all weekend BUT it was the best of times.  Inclement weather allows me to enjoy Charles without all the pomp and circumstance.   I did.   It was beyond enjoyable.  We had dinner with his extended family....third cousin Alberta and second cousin Fred.  I was able to take a walk.  We went to the Tuesday Prayer Service and had breakfast with the gang.  We even got to attend The Sports Book Club and go to lunch with the guys.  We saw Brian and Russell too in their group home.

I will again be staying with Charles......but this time next weekend starts on Friday.

I am grateful to the Almighty for bringing this man into my life.
