I am grateful to the Almighty for the patterns in my life.
Life can be very unpredictable.......that is true. When I was with The Creature I always needed strategies for my survival.
Life is good now because there are predictable patterns in my life. I feel calm and happy as a result of this.
This was expressed by Leslie in my Stretch class.
It was a really good day. Margie took the class with me. I had dinner with Zita last night. Perillo came to clean out my boiler to get ready for Winter when Summer has barely started. I read. I spoke to Charles.....today we are going on his union's boat cruise.
Thank you Almighty for giving me a calm and happy life.
I am grateful.
