I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me new days in which to be happy and healthy and in love.
This is the week of Thanksgiving Charles and I leave tomorrow for Virginia and a wonderful holiday and vacation with my soon to be new family.

Our The Story of the Hebrews class was canceled so I was able to get to CVS, the Wine Store and walk in The Home Depot.
Matzah received his medicinal bath and it's a nice quiet day.

Today Charlie and I are going to a new lawyer so that he can begin the pre-nuptial process. We will go to the eye doctor also. Charlie is having dinner with me and sleeping over. I'm going to the Sisterhood Book Club tonight.

Today would have been the Creature's 78 birthday. I would have been looking for places to hide in order to be safe and secure. I would have had to have strategies for survival.
Instead the Almighty has gifted me with the Sabbath.....services at PJC and Charles soon to be my husband.
We will be going to a Benefactors Reception at Adelphi tonight.

Today is a quiet day and I'm glad. I only ave to get my hair blown out and I can read and have peace and quiet the rest of the day. Manny will be delivering my fur coat here and for this I am grateful.
Yesterday was a super busy day filled with Dom's phone call, the post office, CVS, the butcher, getting gas, having the car washed, a manicure and cleaning jewelry.

I have decided to stop playing Mahjong for a bit. The girls made fun of me when I told them that I'm getting married.....they would never do that!! They also don't want to play at my house anymore because I don't want to play after 9:30. I also dislike where they go to eat.
I did it for years because I had nothing else. It's the same way that I kept too much money in Chase bank because there was no one in my life.
Now there's Charles. I'm in love. We're getting married before the end of the year. Yesterday we took Ian's class on The Book of Hebrews. I enjoy that class very much! I will be looking into other things to do.....another book club......a memory workshop. I'm too bright to just waste away!! We also have an appointment with Charles's lawyer for his pre-nuptial.

Yesterday I voted and then picked Matzah up from Plainview Animal. Charles came over and together we went to Joseph Meares, my attorney, to begin the pre-nuptial process. We had lunch at the house and then went to Anita's where we found Ray mowing the lawn. We visited and then came home.
I walked.....and watched the Presidential Election Day results. Trump won! OMG! As I was doing this I cleaned the house.
Today I'm up and ready to start the day. I will be going with Charles to Stonybrook to continue our course on The Book of Hebrews.
I hope to walk too.
