I am grateful to the Almighty because He has chosen to give me another day.
Another day to be free....another day to be safe....another day to be secure.....another day not to have strategies for survival.
I need to remember this so that I don't wake up afraid in the morning from PTSD.
Today I will be going to the dentist. I might walk and get a manicure. It's pouring outside.
Thank you Almighty.
I am grateful.
P.S. I have to go back to Dr. Kurtz because my implants are loose.....he said that it's probably a screw that he may need to replace. Never a dull moment.
