GRATEFUL FOR THE ALMIGHTY'S HELP

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has always watched out for me and helped me.

Yesterday in the brutal heat, I went to Dr. Kurtz to have my bonding fixed.  He suggested that I go to an orthodontist and have a wire placed in my teeth so they don't move. Charles will be here this morning and we will make that appointment together.

Today is my annual checkup with Dr. Vezza.  I pray that the Almighty allows me to have a good checkup so that I can continue to enjoy the new life that He has given me.  Charles will go with me.

Thank you Almighty for my life.

GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL WEEKEND PLUS MONDAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He chose to give me a wonderful weekend with Charles.

I arrived at the apartment after services on Saturday.

We went out to dinner at Mannino's using a wedding gift certificate.

We went to Dick's and I bought Charles his Father's Day gift......Hoka sneakers and i got a pair too.

Charles and I went to Long Beach twice.

We saw a concert at Celebrate Park and met an adorable doggie.

Charle's made a meatloaf for dinner.....I made the salad.  I made chicken and he made the salad.

I came home tonight because tomorrow I need to go to Dr. Kurtz to fix my bonding.

I am grateful to the Almighty for this wonderful weekend.

GRATEFUL THAT IT'S SHABBOS

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has created Shabbos.....a day of rest.

I will be attending services and then heading out to my second home.......the apartment......OUR BEACH HOUSE.......a weekend of fun and rest.

A heat wave is upon us so it finally is beach weather with my beloved.

Thank you Almighty for my new life.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a new day.

I am happy.

I am healthy.

Charles slept over after his colonoscopy and all is good.  I will drive him home today.

I need to pack also because I will be at the apartment this weekend after services tomorrow.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all that He has done for me.

GRATEFUL FOR JOY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed joy to come into my life.

Today I'm driving out to the apartment because Charles is going for a colonoscopy. The Creature never let me share things like this with him because I wasn't "family."  Charles will be sleeping over and I will drive him to the apartment tomorrow.

Last night I had dinner with Margie and I invited her to the Sisterhood Book Club.  It was a lot of fun.

Thank you Almighty for the joy in my life.

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a wonderful new life.

I have health, happiness and a wonderful husband, daughters and grandchildren.

THANKFUL FOR ANOTHER DAY

 I am thankful to the Almighty because He has given me another day of life.

I am happy and healthy and although I have PTSD....I'm looking forward to another day.

Yesterday I got a pedicure.......well needed.   Charles left and the day began without him.  I love him dearly BUT space is good.

Last night Mahjong was fun....dinner at Pasteria......game at Debbie S. where I actually used my GPS that Charles taught me to loose and I didn't get lost.   I won 2 games....one was an entirely new hand!!

Today will be a quiet day.....chores and quiet and that's fine with me.

Thank you Almighty.

 I am grateful to the Almighty for giving me this new day.

I will be able to face all the challenges before me because I have faith in the Almighty.

Charles slept over and went home after breakfast.

He weeded my entire Zen Garden.

 I am grateful to the Almighty for this Father's Day with Charles.

History is being rewritten as I write this.

I hope and pray that Charles and I will be together.....Happy and Healthy for many years to come.

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a lovely and quiet Sabbath.

Charles will be over this afternoon after services and after I walk at The Home Depot. My legs are better and I can walk thanks to the Almighty.

GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me another wonderful day with Charles.

Charles came over on Wednesday and we had dinner on the deck....this is something that I absolutely love to do.

Thursday he drove to Citi Field and we joined the ROMEO CLUB for a METS game.  It was absolutely wonderful.....what a great group of people!

It was too late to have dinner on the deck which is what I planned so we went to Mario's.

We sat outside on the deck later.

Charles will be back tomorrow!

Today I'm getting my hair colored and will probably do some chores.

I am grateful to the Almighty for my health and my life.

GRATEFUL FOR BEING MARRIED TO CHARLES

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to be married to Charles.

We are working out many issues in marriage counseling.

Yesterday Charles slept over because we are going to a MET game today with the ROMEO CLUB.  We ate on the deck and it was wonderful.

I love this man sooooo much.

Thank you Almighty for sending him and showing me LOVE.

GRATEFUL FOR BABYSITTING MADALYN AND REMI

 I am grateful to the Almighty because since last Thursday......ending Sunday Charles and I have been babysitting Madalyn and Remi.

Today we will pick up Remi.  Izzy is bringing him to Hillside Hospital.

GRATEFUL FOR THE HAPPINESS IN MY LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has shown me how to be happy.

I woke up today....grateful to be alive and in the moment.

Freddy came to fix Matzah's chain.  Men are tearing up my street.

I'm getting my hair blown out.

I'm heading to the apartment to bring the sleeping bags there because Madalyn and Remi will be sleeping over this weekend.

GRATEFUL FOR MOVING AWAY FROM BEING JUDGEMENTAL

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has helped me to understand the value of loving yourself and not being judgmental.

The reason that I have PTSD is that my parents as well as the Creature verbally abused me.  They judged me constantly....everything about me was negative and I NEVER learned to love myself.

I am finally learning to do this and I'm grateful to the Almighty for His help.

GRATEFUL FOR NOT BEING IN A HURRY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has taught me NOT to be in a hurry.

Yesterday Charles and I went to a MET game and they won!  It was a glorious day and we are really and truly in love.  We came home.  Charles ate leftover from the night before and I goy ready for the Shavout service, dinner and panel discussion.

Today I went to services for the first day of Shavout.  We will be playing Mahjong at my house.

Life is wonderful and quiet.
