Lots of things are happening.....Bloodwork, Cleaning Store, Post Office, Pension, Washing Floor and on and on.

Charles has taught me to live in the moment and I'm practicing and greatly enjoying it.
Charles made dinner for 2 nights. He read at All Souls Church and then took me to Tashlicht.
I am home now because Matzah had to go to the vet and I'm playing Mahjong tonight.

Yesterday Charles and I went to Michael's Social Club to deliver the 4 chairs that he had purchased and were in my garage.
Last night Charles and I had dinner with Lana and Hank. It was so much fun.
Charles left early this morning with Matzah. They are in St. James.
I went to services. It was wonderful.
I will be joining them this afternoon.

Yesterday I went to ID and had my hair blown out. I went to Angel Tips for a pedicure. I walked at The Home Depot and I had a wonderful Sabbath dinner.
Today I'm back at services. Although it's hard to move beyond what Dana did to me, I'm trying and I believe I'm succeeding.
Charles will be here later and it should be a beautiful weekend.

I am realizing slowly that Dana as betrayed me. As the holidays approach will send her a text confirming that she and Madalyn are coming or not. I cannot continue to be an empath. I must think of myself.

It's been tough these last few weeks. Dana's visit and it's aftermath were horrific. Then there were the phone calls from my brother.
I was hurled into a state of PTSD BUT I am slowly recovering with new strategies to use. Yesterday I saw my brother eating dinner by himself outside of BAGEL BOSS. It was a short, simple conversation.......
Today is a great day to leave all this behind and travel with Charlie to Erie for the 100th Anniversary of Gannon University. His friends will be there and it will be fun.

Today Charles and I attended the Sports Book Club and went out to lunch with a number of the participants. It was a lot of fun.
I came home to compete packing for our trip to Erie which starts tomorrow. We will be home on Tuesday September 16.
