GRATEFUL FOR A BEAUTIFUL LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a beautiful life with Charles.

Yesterday's holiday party at the Smithtown Historical Society was lovely.

Today I went to services.

We are reading......having dinner out and lighting the 7th Hanukkah candle.

Thank you Almighty for the joy in my life.

GRATEFUL FOR HAVING LOVE IN MY LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because H has given me a chance to have love in my life.

I truly love Charles.......I have NEVER loved a man like this in my entire life and I'm grateful that the Almighty has allowed me to experience this.

Today Charles and I will be attending our final holiday party for the season at Smithtown Historical Society.   He s coming to pick me up and drive me back so I can be ready for Hanukkah and the Sabbath.

He will stay th weekend and on Sunday we will go back to the apartment for a long extended time.

I am so grateful for what the Almighty did for me.

Today Matzah goes for his medicinal bath and my hair will be colored and cut.

I have some chores to do also.

I will probably have dinner out.

GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL FIRST ANNIVERSARY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed Charles and I to celebrate our first anniversary.

We decorated the Christmas tree and lit the Hanukkah menorah too.

Our marriage is a dream come true!   We gave each other beautiful cards with deep meanings.   Charles took me to the restaurant in the Northport Hotel in Northport.  We were served champaign!!!!   Our shared appetizer was octopus which celebrated an amazing date in the Vietnamese restaurant in Smithtown.  What fun we had at that meal looking up information about the octopus!!!

I came back to Plainview and I'm going for a manicure in a bit.

I am overwhelmed that my dream has come true.

GRATEFUL TO THE ALMIGHTY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to experience TRUE LOVE with Charles!!

Today is OUR FIRST WEDDING ANNIVERSARY!!!   I will be heading out to the apartment for a wonderful overnight with my BELOVED.

GRATEFUL FOR THE FIRST NIGHT OF CHANUKKAH

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a beautiful night as the first night of Hanukkah.

Charles went home last night because of the impending snow storm.  It was a wise decision because He had volunteered to do a reading at All Souls Church.

Oscar came to shovel me out.

Charles arrived yesterday to celebrate the first night of Hanukkah with me.  What a joyous occasion it was!  I made salad, chicken and latkes.   We lit candles together.  We played the dreidel game too. He gave me a beautiful card and a heart necklace.

As far as my children.....NO ONE EVEN CALLED to ask how I fared in the storm or to say HAPPY HANUKKAH.   I was blessed with Charles.

Today he left to purchase a Christmas tree.  We will be playing mahjong at my house because of the freezing temperatures and ice.

I am grateful to the Almighty for the life that He has given me.

GRATEFUL FOR A SNOWY DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a beautiful snowy day!!!

Charles and I spend Friday night and Saturday together.  I observed the Sabbath on Friday night with candle lighting and a beautiful dinner.  I went to services on Saturday and we celebrated our almost first anniversary by having dinner at Ruth's Chris Steak house......a gift from one of our friends.

Charlie went home Saturday night because of the impending storm and this morning we are being walloped with 7 inches of snow.

It's still snowing.  Charlie says that he will be back at 3:00 but who knows???  Oscar and his gang will be shoveling and I will just be.

I am grateful to the Almighty for this day!

GRATEFUL FOR THE ALMIGHTY'S LOVE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has always loved me and has been there for me.

I love him so much.

Today in services I felt the presence of the Almighty and was grateful for it.

HEALTH and ENERGY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me the HEALTH and ENERGY to enjoy the new life that He has chosen for me.

Charles went home early yesterday and because I had energy....I was able to accomplish so many things......Matzah had his bath and checkup, I was able to clean bathrooms.  I went food shopping.  I was able to catch up on all the newspapers,  i read my book, and I had dinner with Margie.

Today I'm getting my hair blown out!   I will clean the kitchen and fold up laundry.  I will cook for Shabbos too!

Charles will be here by 4:00.

I am grateful to the Almighty for my health and energy.

GRATEFUL FOR BEING ALIVE AND HEALTHY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to be healthy and live to see so many wonderful things.

Yesterday Charles and I went to his union's Christmas party and danced to We've Only Just Begun in celebration of our first year anniversary which will happen on December 16th.

We came back to Plainview and binge watched Welcome to Derry and we're up to date.

Thank you Almighty for this amazing new healthy life.

GRATEFUL FOR LOVING AND FORGIVING MYSELF

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has taught me how to LOVE and FORGIVE MYSELF in order to move forward.

Yesterday Charlie and I went to a wonderful luncheon in Smithtown with Anita and Elizabeth and met up with Alberta and family.   She is 95!!!!!

In the evening we went to Anita's house to pick up Elizabeth and then went to a Christmas party.  It was so much fun!!

Today there is yet another Christmas party......this one from Charles' Union!!

I'm having beyond fun!!!

GRATEFUL FOR CHANGE IN MY LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because with each change that the Almighty has made in my life, it has allowed me to grow.

Yesterday I played Mahjong with the ladies after dinner at the Hicksville Diner.  I really had a good time.

Today I'm getting my hair blown out.  I'm going to a luncheon in Smithtown with Charles.

Tonight Charles is taking me to a Christmas Party.

There have been so many changes in my life.  I have grown so much.

Thank you Almighty.

Yesterday Charles and I came home from a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.  The wether was going to be terrible today......so I did the food shopping yesterday.

Today I will pick up Matzah and have a quiet day.  Freddy will help to fix my new computer and I may go to PETCO for a gate.
