GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

I am grateful to the Almighty because it is a new day with all of the new beginnings.

I am happy.

I am healthy.

I am a success.

Today we will be going out to the co-op through Monday.  I will return to services next week at PJC because the Rabbi will return from vacation.  The co-op has many issues but my intention for this weekend is to be kind to myself and enjoy my life.

Our plan is to go to Jason Vineyards. We will also eat at The Patio and see Neil Sedaka in concert at The Westhampton Performing Arts Centre.

Thank you Almighty for my life.

GRATEFUL FOR LIVING IN REALITY

I am grateful to the Almighty because I am learning to live in life's reality and to make decisions accordingly.

I am grateful to the Almighty for each little joy that He brings to my life.

Last night I attended Sisterhood Bingo and had a really fun time.

I have learned to appreciate each and every joyful moment in my life.

GRATEFUL FOR MY NEW LIFE

I am grateful to the Almighty for my new life.

I NEVER realized how much I enjoy being in my new life until we purchased this new co-op and I saw how much I enjoyed being home.  This new co-op has many issues and lots of nasty and crazy lying people.  I'm not sure how I will deal with it for the rest of the summer BUT I am grateful to the Almighty for my home.

GRATEFUL FOR A MINI-VACATION

I am grateful to the Almighty for the mini-vacation that I will have as we go to Westhampton Beach today, Saturday through Monday.

I have shortened the trip as the co-op does not have a functioning pool.

I will be able to walk, read, practice yoga and go to town for lovely dinners.

Tomorrow there is a Revolutionary War (George Washington's army) exhibit on the fairgrounds.

GRATEFUL FOR MY LIFE'S JOURNEY

I am grateful to the Almighty for my life's journey.

I have learned so much from it.

Through sorrow and sadness, I have become the person that I am today.

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He created me as a strong and determined woman.

I am grateful to the Almighty because He will help me to overcome all obstacles.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

I am grateful to the Almighty for a new day.

I am healthy and happy.

Yesterday I visited a friend in the hospital who had a double knee replacement.  I walked.  I read. I practiced yoga.  I did some chores.  Today I will walk and practice yoga.  In addition, there is the Yoga Book Club and the Sisterhood Book Club complete with lunch and dinner.

Thank you Almighty for this new day.

I have been blessed.

GRATEFUL FOR MY MANY BLESSINGS

I am grateful to the Almighty for the many blessings in my new life.

Our co-op is amazing.  It allows me just "to be."

I really enjoyed the weekend.  I practiced yoga at a new study called Yoga Shanti.

GRATEFUL FOR LEARNING WHO I AM

I am grateful to the Almighty because by His sending me to yoga, I truly learned who I am.

This is the anniversary of my mothers death.  It had such a dramatic affect on me and changed my entire life.  

However it wasn't until I began to practice yoga that I learned who I really am and to take joy in being me.

This weekend we will again be going to Westhampton Beach.  We will return on Monday night.

I am looking forward to calm, peace and quiet.

GRATEFUL FOR NEW EXPERIENCES

I am grateful to the Almighty for all the new experiences that I have had since I retired.

My summer days are spent walking and then practicing yoga.

I just completed a book for the Sisterhood Book Club and the Yoga Book Club.

I'm registered in the Summer Reading Club the library and have been writing up reviews of the books that I have read this summer.

Tonight I will attend services as tonight into tomorrow is the anniversary of my mother's passing on the 20th of Tammuz or July 20, 1984.

Thank you Almighty for always being there for me.

GRATEFUL FOR JOY

I am grateful to the Almighty for all the joy in my new life.

I walked for 2 hours this morning.

I practiced yoga.

I went to the Huntington Mall to look for Yom Tov clothing.

We had a wonderful vacation in Westhampton Beach and will be going again this weekend.

I have two book club discussions to attend.

I am grateful to the Almighty because He will be helping me to have a wonderful weekend.
