I am grateful to the Almighty because by His sending me to yoga, I truly learned who I am.
This is the anniversary of my mothers death. It had such a dramatic affect on me and changed my entire life.
However it wasn't until I began to practice yoga that I learned who I really am and to take joy in being me.
This weekend we will again be going to Westhampton Beach. We will return on Monday night.
I am looking forward to calm, peace and quiet.
Thank you Almighty.
