GRATEFUL FOR LEARNING TO CHOOSE MY ATTITUDE

I am grateful to the Almighty because I practiced yoga today and heard the instructor say that we are free to choose our own attitudes.

I choose an attitude of peace and contentment.

I was filled with happiness when I attended the first Seder last night.  It was a joy to attend.  I felt so grateful.  I was peaceful and content.  I sate with my friends daughter and her family.  I did not fear speaking to anyone or being spoken to.  

Thank you Almighty for teaching me to choose my own attitude and be free.

 I am grateful to the Almighty for all the help that He has given me during this difficult time in my life.

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has helped my daughters recognize my worth and goodness.

GRATEFUL FOR LETTING GO.......

I am grateful to the Almighty because I am beginning to let go of that which doesn't serve me so that I can heal.

I spoke with my Rabbi this week who helped me a great deal to let go.

I took a Restorative Yoga class last night and learned that letting go gives you peace.

I am grateful to the Almighty for this.

I am grateful to the Almighty because I have a new life.

There is no one here to upset, ignore or needle and banter me.

I am enjoying my new life. I do feel guilty at times that he had to pass away in order for me to have peace.  This is why after the Passover holiday is over, I will be going to therapy.

Tonight I am celebrating the Sabbath.
