I am grateful to the Almighty because He has sent my friend Karen into my life to teach me so many things.
I would never have know the terms psychopath, sociopath, and radical acceptance if it weren't for her. I would have spent my life trying to figure out what I could have said to make things better. He was mentally ill and nothing would have helped. I know that now. I also know how I was brought up and why I never left. I know now not to repeat the pattern.
The Almighty sent her to me in order to help me move forward.
It is for this that I am so grateful.
Thank you Almighty.
