GRATEFUL FOR MY ABILITY TO SURVIVE

 I am grateful to the Almighty for my ability to survive.

Yesterday I practiced yoga in Leslie's class and she spoke of everyone's ability to survive the COVID PANDEMIC and the strategies one uses for survival.

I thought back to my life and was grateful to the Almighty for my ability to survive my oppressors.

I have a whole new wonderful life now.  Charles is spending the weekend and yesterday we had Sabbath dinner together. Today we will pick up medicine for Matzah and pay a shiva call in Forest Hills.

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to survive.

Thank you Almighty.
