I am grateful to the Almighty because through yoga I have learned to live in the moment.
That's what I'm doing.
Charlie and I will be driving to Boston to visit Sarah this morning and then going to Northampton. We will be back next Wednesday. My new garage door is coming next Thursday.

Breathe is not to be taken for granted as it helps us survive and calm down during difficult periods.
Last night I also had dinner with Margie.
Today's a big day.........tomorrow Charles and I leave for Boston and Northampton......BIG FUN!

He spoke of people undergoing very trying circumstances. Then he spoke of the fact that if we live in the present moment......this too shall pass and if you have resilience you let the experience go and learn from it.
This is exactly what I'm trying to do as I rethink my life.
The rain has stopped. I'm practicing yoga in a new class this morning. I have both Judith and Kyra today........food shopping and the jury is out as to what I do for dinner.

I know this....but emotionally it's very hard.
