I am grateful to the Almighty because I had a fantastic Yom Kippur fast. I am also grateful because Rabbi Conn gave a fantastic speech which really resonated with me.
He spoke of people undergoing very trying circumstances. Then he spoke of the fact that if we live in the present moment......this too shall pass and if you have resilience you let the experience go and learn from it.
This is exactly what I'm trying to do as I rethink my life.
The rain has stopped. I'm practicing yoga in a new class this morning. I have both Judith and Kyra today........food shopping and the jury is out as to what I do for dinner.
Thank you Almighty.
