I am grateful to the Almighty because I am beginning to appreciate myself.
I am not dwelling on false illusions. I am dealing in my successes.........my reality.
Chores have been accomplished.....my garage door was ordered.....I went to my book discussion.....I walked and today I'm practicing yoga.
All of this because I have begun to appreciate myself.
Thank you Almighty.
