GRATEFUL FOR EXPRESSING ALL MY EMOTIONS

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to express all of my emotions.

I am single.  I live by myself.  I can express all of my emotions to myself.

I NEVER could do that before BUT I can do that now.

It's not easy because I was abused and kept my feelings to myself so that I wouldn't continue to be abused.

NOW I'M FREE TO EXPRESS MY FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS.

What brought this about was that the love of my life will be coming today.

Tomorrow Charles and I will be going to Wildwood Crest for a 10 day vacation.

My feelings are all over the place.

Thank you Almighty for being there for me.

I am grateful.

GRATEFUL FOR A QUIET SABBATH

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a quiet Sabbath.

I attended services and arrived home to Matzah and and a peaceful house.

Charlie will be arriving tomorrow afternoon.

We are both in the process of packing for our vacation to Wildwood Crest starting on Monday.

I am grateful to the Almighty for the peace that this Sabbath brings me.

GRATEFUL FOR FEELING BLSSED

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I feel that He has truly blessed me with a wonderful life.

Hilary contacted Charles and me to plan another overnight for Remi and of course we said YES.

My week at the apartment was wonderful filled with Long Beach, a union boat cruise, nights on the deck, Native-American Meditation, dinner at The Mill House Inn in Centerport and just being together and in love.

Today I left early as Charles was going to play golf.

I'm back in Plainview doing chores and getting ready for the next vacation to Wildwood Crest which begins Monday.

I'm already packing.

Thank you Almighty for blessing me.

GRATEFUL FOR MY DREAMS COMING TRUE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has made my dreams come true.

I am in love with a wonderful man.

I am now spending a week in the apartment that I share with Charlie.  It's a dream come true because although I loved my condo in Westhampton it was uncomfortable because of the Creature eery time that I went there.

I came back to Plainview because Matzah needed a medicinal bath.  I will return to Charlie.....our home.....and St. James tonight.

I'm so in love that as I write this I'm smiling.

Thank you Almighty for all you have done for me.

GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL "VACATION" IN THE APARTMENT"

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has made it possible for me to have a "vacation'" at the apartment.

I will be going to services today and to pick up Matzah's medication.  Charlie and Dan will be placing my flower pots on the deck.

This afternoon I will be driving to St. James to spend the week with my love.

I am beyond excited.

Thank you Almighty for this gift.

GRATEFUL FOR ALL THAT THE ALMIGHTY HAS GIVEN ME

 I am grateful to the Almighty for all that He has given me.

I have the love of a wonderful man.

I have loving children and grandchildren.

Thanks to the Almighty I have grown tremendously in the past 6 years.  I saw that on Monday when I accidentally met up with my brother and yesterday when he called me.

My friends Karen and Bob will be visiting this morning.

I'm going to get my hair blown out and then walk and get ready for my vacation in St. James.

Thank you Almighty for all the good in my life.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty for this beautiful new day.

We are in the middle of a severe heat wave but it's nice and cool in the house.

Mike will be here to fix my alarm along with Freddy.

I've got laundry to do and fish to buy.

I've got a book to read.

i will walk at The Home Depot too.

Life is calm and quiet.

I am grateful to the Almighty for this.

GRATEFUL FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has made me feel safe and secure in life.

I wake up each day calm and collected with a plan for the day.

Today there was a disturbance with Dan the landscaper but it was worked out.

I'm having my hair blown out and my nails done.

Matzah is going for a grooming.

I'm having dinner with Margie.

Life is good.   Life is calm.

I feel a sense of safety and security.

I am grateful to the Almighty for this.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty for a beautiful new day......the next couple of days will be a heat wave.

I am happy and healthy and joyful.

I came home from our apartment and met the girls at the Hicksville Diner for dinner.  I hosted Mahjong at my house.

Freddy had to come over because the alarm isn't working.....Mike will be here Thursday at 10.

Thank you Almighty for all the joy in my life.

 I am grateful to the Almighty for all the blessings in my life.

Today is Dana's birthday.  She is 45.  Hopefully the divorce will be over soon.

I was blessed with a wonderful Father's Day weekend with Charles and his family.

 I m grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a new life.

Living in my house is wonderful.  There is peace and quiet.

I went to dinner with Margie yesterday and had a wonderful time.

Today Matzah will be boarded and I will be getting my hair straightened!

I will be driving to St. James as Charles and I begin our weekend vacation in Easthampton with his children.

I am beyond excited.

I am grateful to the Almighty for this.

GRATEFUL FOR REST

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me the ability to rest and relax and rejuvenate.

I could never do this in by gone years BUT now I can. 

Danny finished planing flowers.  Freddy and Tulia are almost done with the deck.

Today is a more easy going day.  I'm packing for our weekend vacation in Easthampton with Charlie's kids.  I'm very excited.  I'm also having dinner with Margie.

I'm grateful to be able to rest as I get older.

GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL LIFE WITH CHARLES

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a wonderful life with Charles.

This weekend we were in Plainview on Saturday night. 

We went out to dinner with Ray and Cheryl Perlman.........of course we went to Mario's and then came back to the house.

Sunday we left for St. James and had a quiet day culminating in Charles making a meatloaf for dinner.......

Today we went out to lunch with Anita and Ray......they hadn't yet seen our apartment.  It was so much fun.

Now I'm home and will be here until Thursday night when I will be leaving for St James and an Friday....out to Easthampton to vacation with Charles' children and their partners.

Life is so good.

I am so grateful to the Almighty for this.

I am grateful to the Almighty because He allowed me to create a memorable visit with Madelyn and Remi.......together again.

 This could not have been accomplished without Charles in my life.

GRATEFUL FOR ACCEPTING MYSELF

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has helped me learn to accept myself.

It's been a long road BUT I am finally there and I am grateful.

Today will be a busy day as I prepare for an overnight with Charles, my grandkids and Matzah in St. James.

There will be hair blow outs and manicures, a talk with the Rabbi and a visit with Dana

I am grateful to the Almighty for the life that He has given to me.

GRATEFUL FOR FEELING JOY IN MY LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty for feeling joy in my life.

Last night I played Mahjong and won a game.  I had an awful lot of fun with my friends.

Today is errand day as I get ready for my grandchildren visiting Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL WEEKEND WITH CHARLES

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He gave me a wonderful weekend with Charles.

I went to services at PJC Saturday.

My weekend consisted of the Jamesport Brewery with Barbara and Steve and then dinner at Tweed's.  Sunday we walked at The Spring Festival in Smithtown.  Today was the final Sports Book Club of this year and lunch.

Tonight I'm heading to Golden Temple with the girls and then Mahjong.
