I am grateful to the Almighty because yesterday He showed me how detrimental it was for me to live in the past. It was as though the past made a film right in front of me with the sister-in-law, brother and daughter. I saw first hand that I needed to LET GO right now!!!!!
I am grateful that I have learned to live in the moment and be curious about it and to appreciate it.
Last night I attended my weekly woman's meditation circle. It was beyond peaceful and awesome.
Thank you Almighty for encouraging me to participate in experiences like this.
