I am grateful to the Almighty because I practiced yoga yesterday.
The instructor said something that was so valuable to me as the theme of the class. She spoke of freedom of choice to help and benefit oneself.
I never had freedom of choice because I was always doing and helping others. It was never appreciated and all that it accomplished was being everyone's caretaker.
Passover is the season of freedom and I now am free to do for myself......to love and take care of myself.
I am grateful to the Almighty for this.
