I am grateful to the almighty for the good health that the Almighty has given me.....physically, emotionally and spiritually.

GRATEFUL FOR MY WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY

I am grateful to the Almighty for creating a wonderful birthday for me.

I did so many wonderful things.  We are in the middle of an Arctic cold spell and so walking at The Home Depot is not an option for the present.   I practiced yoga in not one BUT two classes!!!  I had my hair colored fuchsia and purple in honor of my birthday.  Marty took me to dinner at Sage Bistro to celebrate and gave me a beautiful ring.

I am grateful to the Almighty for my happiness.

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has made me understand that only I have the power to take myself from darkness into the light.

GRATEFUL FOR MY NEW LIFE

I am grateful to the Almighty for the new life that He has given me.

I am grateful to the Almighty because my checkup was quite good.   I am now working on making the next decade the best one yet.  I know that there are speed traps along the way but my intention is not to fall into them.  My intention is to listen and pause.  Before I say anything I will ask myself the following question:  Is it true?  Is it kind??  Most important..........Does it need to be said?  I am grateful to the Almighty for teaching me all of this.

I am grateful to the Almighty because He got rid of the co-op.  I am looking forward to a quiet and peaceful summer.

I am grateful to the Almighty because I have become quiet and peaceful inside myself and that is because of the mediation classes and workshops that I have taken.

GRATEFUL FOR LEARNING ABOUT FAITH IN MYSELF

I am grateful to the Almighty because I practiced yoga yesterday (as I do every day) and learned about having faith in yourself.

This is going to be a tough one for me because ever since I was a child, my parents and later husband tore me apart.

I'm going to take baby steps with the help of the Almighty and make this happen.

PS  Wish me luck!!!   I'm calling the doctor today because I want the office to fax me my 2017 bloodwork.   I will let you know what happens. With the help of the Almighty all will be fine. Tonight is the start of the Sabbath after all.

I started calling the doctor at 9AM.  Finally at 11:30 the report was faxed.  All is well.  I am so grateful to the Almighty for my life.

GRATEFUL FOR THE PRAMA......LIFE FORCE

I am grateful to the Almighty for the prana, the life force that is inside me.  

I am grateful for its energy.

I do wish I had found a mate with like minded prana but it is still a work in progress.

GRATEFUL FOR FAITH

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me the faith to believe in Him.

I know that He is always there for me.

I am grateful for this.

Today I am going back to the doctor for the results of my blood test. (Later:  The doctor/nurse gave me the 2016 results.  I must wait until Friday for the 2017 results.)

I pray to the Almighty that the blood test is excellent.  (I am so upset and angry because of all the confusion.)

GRATEFUL FOR MY THOUGHTS

I am grateful to the Almighty because I ordered a small book called SIMPLE HAPPINESS.

There are 52 small chapters and I am reading one a week.  The first chapter asks you to eliminate toxic thoughts that are doing you no good.  The book explained that you become your thoughts. I am eliminating those thoughts that do not serve me.

Yesterday was a beautiful day as I cleared my mind of unwanted thoughts.

I am proud of me.

I am grateful to the Almighty for showing me the way to good health.

GRATEFUL FOR A SNOWY SHABBAT

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has created a snowy Shabbos and I was able to sleep late.  I was exhausted.

This week I had my doctor appointment and my blood test.  There certainly was drama with those dysfunctional woman.

I am grateful for a day where I can be present and rest, relax and pray.

GRATEFUL FOR NOT CLINGING TO THE PAST

I am grateful to the Almighty because I finally realized with His help that I am clinging to the past.   It is time to realize those girls  are not the way you want them to be but the way they are and that can't be changed no matter how hard I try.

It is time to let go of that which doesn't serve me in the present.

Sometimes memories can seem like the present but they are in the past.  It is time to deal with reality.

It's not an easy process but I am taking it one step at a time.

Today I begin my annual physical examination with a visit to the doctor.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all the wonderful gifts that He has given me during the Hanukkah season.

I am safe.  I have stability.  I have created strategies to deal with enemies. I feel serene because of this.  I have security.  I have strength.  I have survival skills.

As a result of all of this I have been gifted by the Almighty with a good life.
