We can choose happiness. There are habits we will have to change. In the book that I read every morning called SIMPLE HAPPINESS the author speaks of STIMULUS and RESPONSE. He says that in the moment between STIMULUS and RESPONSE one must choose what to do.
I choose happiness. There will be habits and behaviors that I will change in order to do this BUT I choose happiness.
I am grateful to the Almighty for allowing me to practice yoga this morning because choosing happiness is my new mantra.
