GRATEFUL FOR AN INTENTION

Yesterday, I caught up on reading all of my magazines for July and August.  I read an article about walking/running and meditating.  It said that you should set an intention while you walk or run.


I had been having trouble while I was walking because my mind was thinking about all of the old injustices in my life.  I set the intention to enjoy the walk by listening to nature.  I took my I-POD with me but found that I didn't need it.  I listened to birds, and crickets.  When I found my mind wandering, I brought it right back.


This was the best walk that I have ever had.


I intend to do this every day.


I am grateful to the Almighty for finding this article.
