I could not have become the person that I am today without the help of the Almighty and for this, I am so grateful.
Yoga has taught me about intentions and that has lessened my anger and anxiety to a much lesser degree as I create an intention and then work very hard to remain focused.
I am enjoying each day to the fullest and have so much more time because I'm not wasting it by reviewing the past or creating daydreams that will never happen. I focus on myself.
