I am grateful to the Almighty because I now have a deep understanding of my thoughts.
I can think about M.I.C.E. but have no emotion attached to it at all. What's the point of opening an old scab?
I am grateful to the Almighty also because I drove to my dentist in New Hype Park and my bonding didn't break. I do have to return to redo a filling. I also drove home in thunderstorms. I was very proud of me.
My life is changing for the better and I am grateful to the Almighty for these thoughts.
