I am grateful to the Almighty because I am beginning to understand my needs and wants and not ONLY that BUT my needs and wants can happen.
My abuser is dead so today I was able to sleep until 11AM in peace and quiet with Matzah. It had been a most difficult week with Verizon, the storm, the end of Passover and going food shopping. I was exhausted.
If the creature was alive I would have had strategies to be safe and never could have slept.
My body has quieted down.
I am grateful to the Almighty for this.
