I am grateful to the Almighty because He sent me to practice yoga at Absolute Yoga which I hope to do again when this horrific Corona Virus is gone.
I learned to be in the moment and appreciate it.
Today I will go to the post office and the liquor store.
I will walk with my friend Margie as I have been doing.
I will read my book and the newspapers.
I will appreciate this beautiful new day and be thankful that I am healthy.
Thank you Almighty.
