GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the wonderful life that He has given me.

Last night I had dinner with Karen.  Hilary FaceTimed me and Karen got to speak with Remi and then we went out to dinner.

Freddy continues to work on the house and is doing a wonderful job.

Today I will practice yoga in Leslie's class and get my hair blown out. I'm driving out to Charles and we are going to the Smithtown Historical Society to practice GOAT YOGA!!!!!!!

I am grateful to the Almighty for my wonderful new life.

GRATEFUL FOR BEING BALANCED

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I have become a BALANCED individual........balancing effort and ease.   

I learned this last night when I practiced yoga in Leslie's class.

Yesterday was a glorious day.  Sunken Meadow was beautiful. Our walk was so much fun! the day was glorious and the picnic was delightful.

Freddy is working on my house today.  I'm practicing yoga and going food shopping.  Karen is coming over today!!!

Life is balanced and wonderful.

GRATEFUL FOR EACH MOMENT

 I am grateful to the Almighty for each moment that I am alive.

Yesterday I walked and practiced yoga.

Charles arrived and we had dinner and then played BINGO with Sisterhood.  I WON 2 major games!!!!!!

This morning we laughed as we realized that we left the dog outside last night.

Today we are going on a picnic at SUNKEN MEADOW.

I love each moment of my life!!!!!

GRATEFUL FOR ALL THE JOY IN MY LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty for all the joy in my life.

Charles left after we practiced yoga today BUT will be back tonight as we play BINGO with the Sisterhood.  He's sleeping over.....getting up early tomorrow and going for his final golf lesson.  I'm meeting him at SUNKIN MEADOW at 12 to walk and go on a picnic!!

Freddy is woking on the house for Spring. Yesterday he power washed the furniture and the house. He will be back today to continue the job.

I had dinner with my MAHJONG buddies yesterday and played MAHJONG.

I cleaned the entire house!!!!

Today I will practice yoga in Leslie's STRETCHING CLASS.  I will pay some bills too.  I hope to read and walk.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all the joy in my life.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I am alive and able to see this beautiful new day.

I love awakening to Charle's smile.

This morning we will practice yoga and then have breakfast.

Freddy is going to begin to work on the Spring projects.

Tonight I will be having dinner out with the girls and paying MahJong.

Thank you Almighty for this day.

GRATEFUL FOR A WODERFUL WEEKEND

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the wonderful weekend that I have had.

From going to Michael's apartment, to the Botanical Gardens with Seth, Dana, Madalyn, Michael, Lola, Charles and I........the day was a true miracle.

Today we are practicing being "UNMARRIED".........from sleeping late....to breakfast late.....to watching The Mare of Easton ON DEMAND........Sunday is a miracle.

Charles is spending the weekend at my house and today we are going to the Botanical Gardens in Brooklyn with Dana, Seth and Madalyn.

GRATEFUL FOR A MIRACLE

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the miracle that He sent me.

Charles is spending the weekend at my house and NO that isn't the miracle.

What is a miracle is that we are getting together with Dana, Seth and Madalyn and going to see the cherry blossoms at Brooklyn Botanical Gardens tomorrow.  I have invited Michael (Charles's son) and Lola also and they are coming.......

GRATEFUL FOR A GOOD CHECKUP

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the good checkup that I had yesterday and for the chat that I had with Dr. Vezza.

I also had an echocardiogram and carotid artery test yesterday.

Hoping that they turn out well also.

Today I will be practicing yoga and doing a variety of errands and speaking with Charles later....a calm and quiet day.  I will be taking Matzah to the vet for his annual checkup.  Tonight I have a Ritual Meeting with PJC.

I am grateful to the Almighty for my good checkup as well as the activities and new friendships that I have made.

Today I'm heading to Dr. Vezza for the results of my blood test and an echocardiogram and a carotid artery test.  I hope and pray that everything will be fine.

GRATEFUL FOR A REAL VACATION!!!

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He sent Charles to me and we are going on a REAL VACATION!!!!

We are staying at the Harborfront Inn in Greenport for the weekend!!!

I am driving out to Charles's home today and we are leaving tomorrow morning.'

GRATEFUL FOR UNDERSTANDING MYSELF

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has helped me to understand myself.  He sent me to practice yoga, to Judith and to Kyra and as a result I have a major understanding of myself.

I am beyond overjoyed with my new life....my friends....my family.....my activities and Charles.

However as each new adventure unfolds I understand more and more how I had to live.

I am so grateful that the Almighty has shined His Light on me.

Tomorrow I leave for a REAL VACATION with Charles.  We are going to Greenport and staying in a real hotel!!!!!

GRATEFUL FOR BEING ALIVE AND HEALTHY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I am alive and healthy.

This morning I'm going to Lab Corp for a blood and urine workup for my annual checkup. 

I hope and pray that everything turns out well.

I will also be taking the truck in for an oil change.

Karen is coming this afternoon to have out and we will have dinner together.

Life is good.  I never knew that it could be so much fun.

GRATEFUL FOR THE CHANGES IN MY LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty for all the changes in my life.

I am grateful that the Almighty sent Charles into my life.

This weekend was wonderful as was this morning.

We have an easy and wonderful relationship.  We spent Saturday night at a pub in Mineola called St. James Pub and I met Frank and Dan's girlfriends.

Sunday Charles and I went to Frank's church where Charles gave blood. Then we went to Hick's Nursery and bought plants, to The Home Depot and to Bed and Bath.  I made chicken for dinner.

Today we practiced yoga together.  We are so in love with each other.....it's wonderful!!!!

I will spend the afternoon cleaning house.

This evening I'm going out to dinner and to play MahJong.

Thank you Almighty for all the changes in my life.

GRATEFUL FOR FUN

I am grateful to the Almighty because there is FUN in my life now.

I am enjoying each and every activity I participate in.........

This morning I attended PJC services......Charles went biking.

Tonight we're going out to a pub called the St. James Pub in Mineola.

We read together, eat tougher and life is good.

GRATEFUL FOR I"M POSSIBLE

 I'm grate that the Almighty has encouraged me to practice yoga.

It was at Dawn's class that I heard the expression, I'M POSSIBLE.

I believe everything is possible with the help of the Almighty.

Yesterday I walked. I practiced yoga.  I had a good checkup at Dr. Ludwig.  I spoke to Charles and my friends. We both finished watching EXTERMINATE ALL BRUTES.

Today Charles is arriving to spend the weekend.

Life is good!!

GRATEFUL FOR NEW DREAMS

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the new dreams that He has given me.

Yesterday I went to Dr. Vezza and the checkup was a good one.  I have to schedule a blood test an another test and be back at the off for 2 other tests.  

Charles was the first person that I texted to tell of my checkup.

I practiced yoga and Charles recommended an HBO documentary that we both watched and will discuss over the weekend called Exterminate All Brutes.

Today I will again practice yoga and walk. The second part of Exterminate All Brutes is on too. 

I am grateful to the Almighty for my new dreams.

GRATEFUL FOR HAPPINESS

 I am grateful to the Almighty because each day has happiness in it.

Today I am going to Dr. Vezza for my checkup........I hope you will bless me with a good one.

I'm also going food shopping, walking, and to practice yoga.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all the happiness in my life.

GRATEFUL FOR THE AUTHENTIC ME

 I am grateful to the Almighty allowing me to understand the authentic me.

I was broken in so many ways by life but the Almighty is slowly gluing me together and allowing me to have the life that I always wanted with the man that I always dreamed of.

I'm so proud to walk next to him and bring him into my world.   Yesterday we practiced yoga and I introduced Charles to my friend Hollie.......the gal who brought me into yoga.....yoga which gave me a wonderful reason to retire!!!!

Today I will again be practicing yoga in a new class and going food shopping.

I have an appointment with Kyra too.

Thank you Almighty for allowing me to understand myself and thanks for the assistance putting me back together.

GRATEFUL FOR MY DREAMS COMING TRUE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has made my dreams come true.

My family visited on Saturday and we had a wonderful day.  Charles gets along with everyone.  He went to his sister's house on Saturday.  I couldn't go because it was still Passover, but he can home to help me clean up from Passover.

Today we practiced yoga and he took me to brunch at the diner.  

 I gave him dinner to take home.

Tonight I will be having dinner at Pasteria and playing MahJong.

Thank you Almighty for helping my dreams come true.

GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty for giving me the best Pesach holiday of my life.

My children visited.  I have a life partner.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all His love and caring.

GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERUL DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty for a wonderful day.

Hilary, Izzy, Remi, Dana, Seth and Madalyn visited.

Charles was here too.

I made dinner.  I made 3 different varieties of chicken.  I made a broccoli soufflé and a carrot soufflé and it was delicious. Dessert was macaroons which were wonderful.

We went to the park around the corner and the children played. Charles played soccer with Remi.

Everyone had fun and we are getting together again next month.

Seth and Dana invited Charles and me to see the Cherry Blossoms at the Botanical Gardens in Brooklyn. They want to take us out to lunch...... Wow!

GRATEFUL FOR FREEDOM

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I have finally and completely learned that I am free!!!!!

It's a wonderful feeling and I approach each and every day with such joy.

Today I will practice yoga.

Charles will be here at 5 or thereabouts.  He is a wonderful man and we are planning vacations together.  He has friends and activities too.

Tomorrow my children are visiting and my grandkids.

I am grateful to the Almighty for this.

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I am experiencing new visits in my life.

I practiced yoga in Dawn's class this morning.

I had learned so much from her in the past and here I was with a whole new life practicing yoga in her class.
