GRATEFUL FOR A GOOD CHECKUP

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the good checkup that I had yesterday and for the chat that I had with Dr. Vezza.

I also had an echocardiogram and carotid artery test yesterday.

Hoping that they turn out well also.

Today I will be practicing yoga and doing a variety of errands and speaking with Charles later....a calm and quiet day.  I will be taking Matzah to the vet for his annual checkup.  Tonight I have a Ritual Meeting with PJC.

I am grateful to the Almighty for my good checkup as well as the activities and new friendships that I have made.
