I am grateful to the Almighty because He is teaching me to be in the moment.
It's not an easy task BUT I keep practicing.
Yesterday I did so many things and I'm so so proud of me. Matzah was groomed. The car was washed. I got a pedicure and had my rings cleaned.......and on and on.......I practiced yoga in not one BUT two classes too.
Today I will be practicing yoga in Leslie's class and having my hair blown out. I hope to walk too. I haven't done that since the beginning of the heat wave!!!
I am grateful to the Almighty for guiding me on the right path.
