GRATEFUL FOR THE CALM IN MY LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the calm in my life.

It's Saturday.  It's Shabbos.  I have decided to pray at home because I CAN!!

GRATEFUL FOR MY VACATION

 I am grateful to the Almighty because after services tomorrow I will be going on VACATION!

I will be at Charles' place until I return on August 7th.

Of course I'll be back and forth to water the flowers and check the mail BUT I AM BEYOND EXCITED.

Thank you Almighty.

GRATEFUL FOR THERAPY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because it was His decision that encouraged me to attend therapy.

Yesterday was a case in point.  I was feeling rather sad because it was tough for Charles to drive 4 ways to get Remi and bring him home.  Asking Hilary to help out could be a reason that Remi couldn't sleep over. 

I expressed this to Judith in my therapy session yesterday and she suggested that instead of obsessing over this,  I think about how much fun we had when Remi slept over.  She suggested that I focus on 10 things that I am grateful for too.

It worked.  This morning, I'm feeling much better.  For example we are having a heat wave and I'm comfortable in my central air conditioning.

Thank you Almighty for encouraging me to go to therapy.

GRATEFUL FOR AN OVERNIGHT WITH REMI

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the wonderful overnight that Charles and I had with Remi.

What a miracle the Almighty has given to me....that I should meet Charles and we both fell in love!!

Charles picked Remi up and drove him to Plainview.......then drove him home too!

Basketball......Frisbee...the Plainview Pool......we did it all!

I am grateful to the Almighty for this.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty for a new day.

I am healthy.

I am happy.

This morning I had sex with Charlie.......NOT ONCE BUT TWICE.

Yesterday we spent the day in Freeport.......on the WATER TAXI......the BREWERY and a wonderful new restaurant called THE NAUTILUS CAFE.

What a glorious day!!!

Today we are picking up REMI at 4 and taking him to Plainview for an overnight.

Thank to the Almighty for a wonderful weekend and the beginning of a wonderful week.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty for this lovely new day.

Yesterday's game was absolutely wonderful at Yankee Stadium and the Yankees won.

Dinner was made for Shabbos and I made enough to have dinner and sit on the deck.

Today we are going to Freeport.  We will take a ride on a Water Taxi  and go to a brewery.  Charles is taking me out for dinner too.

What a wonderful day.

GRATEFUL FOR LOVE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He placed Dana and Karen in my life.  Without them I never would have found my true love.

Charles will be here for the entire weekend.

I will be attending services at PJC and come home and go to a Yankee Game in Yankee Stadium.

GRATEFUL FOR LAUGHTER

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the smiles and the laughter in my life.

Yesterday after going to Joseph Meares and dealing with my will, Charles and I went to lunch and did an entire assortment of errands.......laughter.......smiles and joy went with us.

I am so grateful to the Almighty for this.

GRATEFUL FOR STRENGTH

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has made me a strong person.

Today Charles and I are going with Dom to Joseph Meares, my lawyer because I have made changes in my will.  I have added Charlie's name to it as an Executive.   It was very necessary to do this and I feel safe.

Thank you Almighty for giving me the courage to do this.

GRATEFUL FOR THE JOY IN MY LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty for all the joy in my life.

I left for Charles after services on the Sabbath.  He planned a delicious dinner for us and we sat outside and just talked.  It was beautiful.  Sunday, we went to see a Baseball Exhibit at the Long Island Museum.  We saw an art exhibit at the theatre.  We went to Pindar in Port Jefferson to pick up a case of Pindar wine too.   We bought raffles to help save the Methodist Church in Smithtown and I WON A RAFFLE.  I WON A BEACH CHAIR WITH ALL THE ACCESSORIES.

I took Charles out for dinner at Basil's.

Monday we went to Long Beach and walked on getting color. I finished THE BOOK OF CHARLIE too.

We caught up on The Gemstones and went to bed early because when I stay by Charlie, I attend prayer service with him.

I'm home now.......will go food shopping and take myself out for dinner.

Tonight I'll speak to Charlie.

What a wonderful weekend.

GRATEFUL FOR THE JOY IN MY LIFE

I am grateful to the Almighty for all the joy in my life.

Yesterday I got my hair colored and cut by Louis and Nick.  Today when I head over to Charli's to send the weekend until Tuesday, it will be blue.  I was able to walk at The Home Depot because it is so oppressively hot outside.  I read, had Sabbath dinner, spoke to Charles and went to sleep.

Today I will go to services and then I'll drop Matzah off.  I will be heading to Charles' place until Tuesday.  I'm very happy.

GRATEFUL FOR TAKING IT SLOW

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He sent me to Restorative Yoga yesterday and it was there that the instructor spoke of "taking it slow" in these hot days of summer.

I could never do that because of my marriage......I was constantly on the go.

Now, however, I can stop. I can breathe.  I can stay home.

Thank you Almighty for this blessing.

GRATEFUL FOR SEEING THE BEAUTY OF LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to see the beauty in life.

Yesterday after practicing yoga, I drove to Charlie's for a wonderful overnight.  We had dinner and went to Centerreach to see a Ducks game It was absolutely wonderful.  We came home to sit on his balcony and chat and then FINALLY we went to sleep at 11;30.   I left about 10ish to practice yoga. I will again be going out to Charlie's Saturday after services and will be there until Tuesday.

What a joy it is to be with this amazing and wonderful man!!!

Today I practiced yoga......picked up Matzah from Plainview Animal.....cleaned.....got a manicure and Danny came to fertilize my flowers.

I am enjoying each wonderful moment of my life.

GRATEFUL FOR ANOTHER ADVENTURE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I am about to start another adventure.  

I am healthy and happy.  Yesterday was a really good day filled with chores......walking.....reading and chatting with friends.

This afternoon I am driving to to Charles.  I am sleeping over.  He's taking me to a Ducks Game in Centerreach at the Fairfield Properties.  I'm very excited.

Thank you Almighty for my new adventure.

GRATEFUL FOR ENJOYING LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I am enjoying life.

I had a wonderful vacation with Charles in Wildwood Crest.

He went home this morning and I'm beginning my day.....grateful that the vacation was so good. 

i'm picking up Matzah today and doing my chores too.

I will practice yoga in Leslie's class too.

Tonight I'm going out to dinner with the girls and playing MahJong at my house. I'm hosting too.

Life is good and I'm grateful to the Almighty for this.
