GRATEFUL FOR TAKING IT SLOW

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He sent me to Restorative Yoga yesterday and it was there that the instructor spoke of "taking it slow" in these hot days of summer.

I could never do that because of my marriage......I was constantly on the go.

Now, however, I can stop. I can breathe.  I can stay home.

Thank you Almighty for this blessing.
