I am grateful to the Almighty EVERY DAY for my new life.
I did a tremendous amount of errands today and enjoyed each one of them.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all the changes in my life.
Life cannot always remain the same. That would be very boring. I have experienced so many hurtful changes in my life that I have grown to fear change. My life was not a balanced one. It was a life of abuse.
Since meeting Charles I have experienced many changes in my life and all of them have been good ones. As a result I have grown to accept change in my life. It feels as if my life is going backwards so that I can experience the joys of change.
First we fell in love.....then we got engaged.......now we are putting together our apartment. Charles is proud of me and accepts my ideas. I am decorating the apartment. Wow! As a result I'm proud of me because I have his love and he's proud of me. I'm putting myself first.
Thank you Almighty for the changes in my life.
I am grateful.
I am grateful to the Almighty for a wonderful Yom Kippur holy day and for sending Charles back to me.......happy and healthy.
Services were thoughtful, deep, spiritual and joyful.
I was able to really pray. I hope that the Almighty hears my prayers and that everyone that I hold dear is sealed in The Book of Life.
Timing was amazing!! After the shofer was sounded, I headed to the Hicksville Train Station and Charlie had just gotten off the train and was heading into Dunkin' Donuts. He left this morning because our furniture will hopefully be put together. I will be heading out there later.
Thank you Almighty for all the blessings in my life.
I am grateful.
I am grateful to the Almighty for the quiet and peaceful Yom Kippur weekend that He has given me.
I was able to pray with all my heart for a Happy and Healthy New Year for on Shabbat Chiva.
Tonight I Kol Nidre and I will be at services and tomorrow too.....It's Yom Kippur.
I will be praying for a Happy and Healthy New Year for my family and friends. May I be sealed in The Book of Life.
Charles will be coming in tomorrow night and I will be picking him up at the Hicksville train station.
My love will be back.

I am grateful to the Almighty because He encouraged me to practice yoga. Yesterday Leslie spoke of LIVING IN THE NOW because that is the only thing we have.
It's very calming for me as I try to live in the present.......
Today we are getting Tropical Storm Ophelia. Charles is at his 50th college reunion at Gannon. I will be going to services and having a quiet day. Yesterday I got my phone's pictures fixed at Apple and even went to Bloomingdales.
Thank you Almighty for teaching me so much.
I am grateful.
I am grateful to the Almighty for Love in its many forms.
I truly am beginning to love myself....to appreciate myself....to put myself first.
I learned after I met Charles that I am capable of Love and that someone will love me back! Wow!
I learned about Love after meeting Madalyn and Remi.
I have always Loved the Almighty. He is always there for me.
Thank you Almighty.
I am grateful!
I am grateful to the Almighty because I practiced yoga in Hollie's class and she spoke about "aha" moments.
I have most recently had that with Charles......when I fell in love and I realized that becoming upset about the past was like pulling a scab off an injury.
It was a breakthrough moment and then the miracle came....I met Charles.....and we are renting an apartment together.
We call ourselves "the unmarried" after we became engaged and "the unliving together" after we rented the apartment.
My life has truly become a miracle and I am so grateful to the Almighty for this.
Thank you!
I went to see our new apartment yesterday. Although Mario, the guy who was to put our furniture together didn't show up......we had a wonderful afternoon and evening filled with sincere talking, laughing and hugging. We went to Blydenburgh Park so I could preform the Tashlich service of throwing my sins in the water. Later we went out for Vietnamese food in a new restaurant. Charles and Hilary have been texting about Remi's progress in sports....especially basketball and baseball. I'm so happy.
Charles will be sleeping over tonight as he leaves for his 50th Reunion at Gannon University in Erie Pennsylvania.
Today Dan is coming to fertilize my beautiful flowers and check out the desk I'm giving to Charlie.
Matzah is going to the vet today to check on his skin problem.
Life is wonderful and I'm so grateful to the Almighty for this.

I practiced yoga in Hollie's class and as she spoke of resilience.....I realized that this is a description of who I am.
I have learned so much about myself this last year.
I have learned to put myself first.
I have learned to love myself.
I have learned to take care of myself.
I have learned to balance work and play.
Rosh Hashanah begins tomorrow night.
I am grateful to the Almighty for all that He has taught me.
Thank you.
I am grateful to the Almighty because He has encouraged me to practice yoga.
Summer is coming to an end and it's time to begin practicing in earnest. Today I'm taking Holle's class. Yoga helps me to understand life as well as stretch all the muscles that I hold emotions in.
I also need to go to Trader Joe's for my fruits and vegetables to complete my holiday shopping.
A great miracle occurred to today in my bedroom.......the picture tube is back in my television!!!! I am not calling P.C. RICHARDS as they will think I'm nuts!
Thank you Almighty for encouraging me to practice yoga.
I am grateful.
I am grateful to the Almighty because He has taught me how to take care of myself.
Barbara again started her "needling and bantering" last night at dinner and then at Mahjong. I had already spoken to her twice. She continued and today I spoke to Rhonnie and told her that I would like her to speak to Barbara. I told her simply that if this continues I would have to open my mouth in a restaurant and that would make everyone uncomfortable. Good for me!!
I also awoke early to take Leslie's Stretch Class. Good Job!
I'm going to clean and read and possibly walk today.
I'm proud of me.
My arm still hurts after the RSV shot but I'm glad that I took it.
Thank you Almighty for all you have taught me.
I am grateful.
I am grateful to the Almighty because I went shopping at IKEA with Charles an it was a dream come true......just like being a married couple. I'm not getting married but I felt such joy.

Yesterday Charles bought a new television in P.C. Richards in Plainview. My television is under guarantee and a technician will be here on Monday, September 11 to check it out and bring me a new one!!! We went to The Home Depot to make keys for our new apartment. Then off to the pool and dinner on the deck with mixed drinks.
This morning Charles treated me to breakfast at The French Workshop. I gave him a set of dishes, flatware and glasses for our new place.
He leaves today and Madalyn will be here until Wednesday.
