I am grateful to the Almighty because He encouraged me to practice yoga. Yesterday Leslie spoke of LIVING IN THE NOW because that is the only thing we have.
It's very calming for me as I try to live in the present.......
Today we are getting Tropical Storm Ophelia. Charles is at his 50th college reunion at Gannon. I will be going to services and having a quiet day. Yesterday I got my phone's pictures fixed at Apple and even went to Bloomingdales.
Thank you Almighty for teaching me so much.
I am grateful.
