GRATEFUL FOR EXPRESSING ALL MY EMOTIONS

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to express all of my emotions.

I am single.  I live by myself.  I can express all of my emotions to myself.

I NEVER could do that before BUT I can do that now.

It's not easy because I was abused and kept my feelings to myself so that I wouldn't continue to be abused.

NOW I'M FREE TO EXPRESS MY FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS.

What brought this about was that the love of my life will be coming today.

Tomorrow Charles and I will be going to Wildwood Crest for a 10 day vacation.

My feelings are all over the place.

Thank you Almighty for being there for me.

I am grateful.

GRATEFUL FOR A QUIET SABBATH

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a quiet Sabbath.

I attended services and arrived home to Matzah and and a peaceful house.

Charlie will be arriving tomorrow afternoon.

We are both in the process of packing for our vacation to Wildwood Crest starting on Monday.

I am grateful to the Almighty for the peace that this Sabbath brings me.

GRATEFUL FOR FEELING BLSSED

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I feel that He has truly blessed me with a wonderful life.

Hilary contacted Charles and me to plan another overnight for Remi and of course we said YES.

My week at the apartment was wonderful filled with Long Beach, a union boat cruise, nights on the deck, Native-American Meditation, dinner at The Mill House Inn in Centerport and just being together and in love.

Today I left early as Charles was going to play golf.

I'm back in Plainview doing chores and getting ready for the next vacation to Wildwood Crest which begins Monday.

I'm already packing.

Thank you Almighty for blessing me.

GRATEFUL FOR MY DREAMS COMING TRUE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has made my dreams come true.

I am in love with a wonderful man.

I am now spending a week in the apartment that I share with Charlie.  It's a dream come true because although I loved my condo in Westhampton it was uncomfortable because of the Creature eery time that I went there.

I came back to Plainview because Matzah needed a medicinal bath.  I will return to Charlie.....our home.....and St. James tonight.

I'm so in love that as I write this I'm smiling.

Thank you Almighty for all you have done for me.

GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL "VACATION" IN THE APARTMENT"

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has made it possible for me to have a "vacation'" at the apartment.

I will be going to services today and to pick up Matzah's medication.  Charlie and Dan will be placing my flower pots on the deck.

This afternoon I will be driving to St. James to spend the week with my love.

I am beyond excited.

Thank you Almighty for this gift.

GRATEFUL FOR ALL THAT THE ALMIGHTY HAS GIVEN ME

 I am grateful to the Almighty for all that He has given me.

I have the love of a wonderful man.

I have loving children and grandchildren.

Thanks to the Almighty I have grown tremendously in the past 6 years.  I saw that on Monday when I accidentally met up with my brother and yesterday when he called me.

My friends Karen and Bob will be visiting this morning.

I'm going to get my hair blown out and then walk and get ready for my vacation in St. James.

Thank you Almighty for all the good in my life.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty for this beautiful new day.

We are in the middle of a severe heat wave but it's nice and cool in the house.

Mike will be here to fix my alarm along with Freddy.

I've got laundry to do and fish to buy.

I've got a book to read.

i will walk at The Home Depot too.

Life is calm and quiet.

I am grateful to the Almighty for this.
