JOY

I am grateful to the Almighty for giving us the spiritualness of the Sabbath.

I will attend services.

I will be grateful for the joys and successes of my wonderful week.

I will walk, relax and read.

Tomorrow I will go to the pool.  I don't need to be there daily.  I'm very dark already.

I will be grateful for NOT going out east in this heat wave.

Thank you Almighty.

I am joyful.
