I am grateful to the Almighty because my dental appointment went well.
I still have more appointments to go to fix everything.
Yoga teaches us to live in the moment. What good did it do me to live in the future and to create illusions about my appointment? All I did was to create anxiety for myself.
Thank you Almighty for watching over me.
I am also grateful because tonight is Shabbos. Tomorrow is services.
I am home.
