GRATEFUL FOR LEARNING TO ACCEPT

I am grateful to the Almighty because I have learned to accept my life.

I have learned that when one door closes another door opens.

I do not try to change people.

I do not force things to happen.

I try to think positively about myself.

GRATEFUL FOR PRACTICING YOGA

I am so grateful to the Almighty because I practice yoga.

Each time that I practice I learn something new which helps me in my life off the mat.

Yesterday the instructor spoke about listening for understanding.  It's a beautiful concept and I will allow myself to listen and pause  and not respond to anything that I don't want to or don't need to.

Thank you Almighty.

I am grateful to the Almighty for sending me to yoga because I am now better equipped to deal with the changes and transitions in my life.

GRATEFUL FOR MY NEW LIFE

I am grateful to the Almighty for the wonderful new life that He has given me.

Yesterday we went to Westhampton Beach to our new co-op.  I am going to truly love this experience as we are a block away from the main street of the town and all the activities that I love.

MADE IT THROUGH THE RAIN

I am grateful to the Almighty because He helped me to make it through the rain and appreciate my own life.

It's funny but  without that random sighting at The Home Depot, I would never have put my life into perspective.

I am grateful to the Almighty for the abundance in my life.

Every since my experience at The Home Depot I have realized what a rich and wonderful life I have and how lucky I am that these people are no longer i my life.

GRATEFUL FOR WHAT I LEARNED

I am grateful to the Almighty because yesterday He showed me how detrimental it was for me to live in the past.  It was as though the past made a film right in front of me with the sister-in-law, brother and daughter.   I saw first hand that I needed to LET GO right now!!!!!

I am grateful that I have learned to live in the moment and be curious about it and to appreciate it.

Last night I attended my weekly woman's meditation circle.  It was beyond peaceful and awesome.

Thank you Almighty for encouraging me to participate in experiences like this.

GRATEFUL FOR BEING GROUNDED

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has taught me to be grounded and accepting and appreciative of  my very own life without  feeling responsible for others.

GRATEFUL FOR THE JOY IN MY LIFE

I am grateful to the Almighty for all the joy that I have experienced in my life.

Pesach is over!!!  I found it to be such a joyous holidays.  I hated all the preparation BUT I love the holiday.  I find joy in the Seders.  I find joy in the PJC services.  I love eating the food.

I saw that during this holiday I was able to practice yoga and walk and read and play with the dog and just be.

Today life resumes.  It's Yoga Book Club time and lunch.  We are going out to dinner too!!!

I have become a new person and I am grateful to the Almighty for this.

GRATEFUL FOR THE FREEDOM OF CHOICE

I am grateful to the Almighty because I practiced yoga yesterday.

The instructor said something that was so valuable to me as the theme of the class.  She spoke of freedom of choice to help and benefit oneself.

I never had freedom of choice because I was always doing and helping others.  It was never appreciated and all that it accomplished was being everyone's caretaker.

Passover is the season of freedom and I now am free to do for myself......to love and take care of myself.

I am grateful to the Almighty for this.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

I am grateful to the Almighty for another new day.

I am happy and healthy and ready to begin my adventures.

GRATEFUL FOR MY ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS

I am grateful to the Almighty for my organizational skills.

It was an amazing day.   I had gone to both Seders and to services yesterday. Today was dedicated to fun!!  I walked early in the morning after I did a variety of chores.  I practiced yoga. I made a purchase in the studio.  I completed my walk.  I got my hair colored and blown out.  I went to my Woman's Meditation Circle and made a delicious dinner.

I am having such a delightful time because I am structured and organized.

GRATEFUL FOR THE JOY OF PESACH

I am grateful to the Almighty for the joy that I am feeling this Passover holiday.

The weather has been perfect.

Both seders were wonderful.

I'm off to attend services and then to enjoy the day.

GRATEFUL FOR SELF-LOVE AND SELF-CARE

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has sent me to yoga where I learned about self-care and self-love.   I have also learned to look toward the light and to keep that light shining within me.  I have learned to listen to what my needs are.

Last night we attended the first seder at PJC.  It was absolutely wonderful.  No longer was I subjected to passive-aggressive torture.  I was free to enjoy the spirituality of the holiday. I was free to pray.  It felt wonderful.  I was free to have light surrounding me and enjoy without having toxic stuff surround me.

I am grateful to the Almighty because I too am free after being in bondage for so long.

GRATEFUL FOR FAITH IN THE ALMIGHTY

I am grateful to the Almighty for my health and happiness.

I am grateful to Him for my life.

I am grateful to Him for His help in changing my life so that I became the person that I am today.   Tonight is the first of the Pesach seders at PJC.  I am grateful to be going there instead of being tortured by them.  That is the past.  I am enjoying the present moment.

I am grateful that I am holding myself with pride.  I'm proud of my accomplishments.

I am grateful because I am proud of me and strong in my opinions and don't need others to sway me to their opinions.

I am grateful that tomorrow is the Sabbath and Monday is the first Seder at PJC.

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has helped me learn to enjoy and appreciate the moment.  This has led me to feel grateful to Him for the abundance in my life.

There will always be waves in my life.  However, I need to balance myself.  I am working on this also.  I balance by pausing to stop and look around at the beauty of the world and the gratitude I feel for His help in achieving so much.

GRATEFUL FOR THE ABUNDANCE IN MY LIFE

I am grateful to the Almighty for the abundance that is in my life. 

My intention is to create a new story and to take parts of the old story with me.  I will begin to enjoy the abundance of my life.

I began this weekend.  I was assertive with myself.  I vowed to enjoy the abundance of the Passover holiday.  I vowed to myself that I would live in the moment.  I would enjoy the moment.

It worked.

I smiled.

I left in the past all the things that I tried to do to create a family that loved and respected each other and observed their religion. I concentrated on my love for the Almighty and my love for the Passover holiday.  The Gita says that we all have a job to do and we have to compete it using the best of our abilities.  We are not responsible for outcomes or results.

It worked.

Thank you Almighty for the abundance in my life and for allowing me to enjoy it.

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has re-set my mind to think about all the abundance in my life.
