Today I'm practicing yoga and doing some chores.

I'm meeting Charles in Commack and we are taking a cooking class in Kings Park.

I am again letting go of that which doesn't serve me. More than that.....I am beginning to love my life....the fun....the chores.....the adventures.
I am beginning to understand that I don't have to work hard to get anyone to love me.....I just have to love myself.
Tonight I will be on a Zoom meeting with Charles where we are discussing fundraising for Save the Theatre.
Each one of these activities is a lot of fun.....a lot of adventure and I am grateful to the Almighty for moving me forward.

Yesterday Charles and I took Aaron's Limo Service into Manhattan to Madison Square Garden to see the Rangers play the Bills......and thy won. We had dinner at Harry's. It was delightful to see the smile on Charles's face as he rode in the cab. What a delightful day it was.
Today my wrist felt better so I practiced yoga. I shopped in ShopRite and was delighted to find Passover items.
Matzah is going to the vet this afternoon. Hopefully we can then do a grooming appointment for him.
My brother is coming over tonight at 8.....I invited and I'm ready for him.

Services at PJC were wonderful. Kiddush was enjoyable....I sat next to Rhonnie. The Rabbi told me that the second Seder will start at 7PM.

Charles and I will have a Sabbath dinner and I'll go to services tomorrow.
Chores await me and just perhaps with this Spring-like day I will be able to take a walk. My wrist doesn't heart as much although it's macabre that I fell in the same place as last year. I hope to be able to get to Chase Bank because my CD needs to be updated and to have Sonny change the oil.
I know what to do with those girls and I accept what I have to do. I'm not going to spend the remainder of my life getting caught in their traps!!

I am grateful to the Almighty because as He helped me to understand the psychological abuse that had been done to me by my family and husband.........He is now helping me to understand how the girls have not given up their quest to abuse me.
I understand who they are......what they have done.......and what they would like to continue to do.
However all of that is over as I am free.
I have a wonderful man who loves me just for being me and I am over the cloud in happiness.
I shall concentrate on being calm, content and happy.

I am grateful to the Almighty because I practiced yoga in Leslie's class yesterday and she spoke of each of us being GRATEFUL for our STRENGTH, STRATEGIES, SURVIVAL and LOVE.
I realized that the Almighty has given me all those things and lastly He has given me LOVE. The Almighty has always loved me BUT now he has let me experience a man's love.
Today I didn't go to services BUT I prayed at home because of the bomb cyclone outside.
It's a quiet day and I'm at peace.

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a new life and I am really enjoying it.
My brother Stephen came back into my life and that has changed a few things for me. It's all about him........he brings back memories that I don't need to have and as such I'm going to begin to distance from him. It's not my girls that are the problem this time. I know who they are BUT if I am to avoid any emotional issues, then I must practice self-care and that starts with distancing myself from him.
The weather has been horrible! The Sports Book Club fell apart for me as I couldn't get on. However last night I attended mt first GREAT DECISIONS class on Zoom and we discussed The War in Ukraine. The next class is March 23.
Today I will speak to Judith and go food shopping.

Each time I think of something that happened in the past that makes me upset I practice being aware of my many accomplishments and practice self-love. It makes me feel much much better.
Yesterday I practiced yoga with Hollie. I was able to go to the Plainview library as well as purchase dog food at Petco. Matzah got a bath too.
I did my Monday chores. I read and in the evening I went to dinner with Rhonnie and Barbara and played MahJong.
Charles and I spoke and tonight we will be together on a Zoom meeting to save St. James. I also spoke to Remi and Hilary.

I did wake up in the middle of the night and my brain began to think. I told it to be quiet and I went back to sleep using my sleep strategies. Michael picked up the paperwork this morning and we chatted for a while too.
I think that I'm going to have to end the nocturnal visits from my brother because that triggers memories that I don't need to remember. During the day, if we do something.......that's another story.
I'm off to practice yoga and get my hair blown out.
Charles is coming for the weekend and tonight is Shabbos!

I am grateful to the Almighty because He encouraged me to practice yoga and it was in practicing that I learned "to be" in the moment.
I woke up at 5:30 this morning and couldn't go back to sleep. Michael was supposed to pick up my tax statements (He canceled and will come tomorrow.) I started to think about all sorts of things that were triggers and couldn't get back to sleep.
I knew, because of my yoga background that I had to move forward and "be" in the moment.
I did. I practiced yoga. I went to the post office, to Trader Joe's and ShopRite and got myself back in the glory of living my new life.
I am grateful to the Almighty because I learned this.

Today I read the papers and finished my book......ready to start the book for the Sports Book Club.
I'm cleaning 2 bathrooms this morning!

Yesterday was a wonderful day! I practiced yoga with Charles, read, cleaned, went to The Golden Palace with the girls and played Mahjong.
Today I will be practicing yoga in Leslie's class. I will read, clean the kitchen and relax. Charles is picking me up to go to dinner and then to a Save the Theatre meeting in St. James where the focus will be fundraising. He will be sleeping over too.
Life is good and I'm grateful to the Almighty for this. I'm getting to know me!
