I am grateful to the Almighty because I am living in the moment or as my yoga instructors would say....I am living mindfully in the moment.
Life is good and I am enjoying each moment. I never was able to do that before because I had to be careful about safety and security. I reviewed the past and thought about how to deal in the future.
Today I practiced yoga in Leslie's class. I also purchased Matzah food at PETCO and paper towels in The Home Depot!
I've got cleaning in the house and laundry......
I will be going out to dinner with my friend Marilyn.
Life is good and I'm enjoying each moment.
Thank you Almighty.
