I am grateful to the Almighty because I am feeling better.
The attack of IBS has gone away. This morning I had a perfectly normal bowel movement. I went to Mario's last night and had dinner and will be meeting up with Margie to have dinner,
I met via FaceTime, Charles' friend Lou. He's Italian and part Sicilian just like the boys that I grew up with. It was a lot of fun.
I finished my book....The Thread Bearers and will begin another one.
Thank you Almighty because I feel better.
