I am grateful to the Almighty because He has helped me to learn to love myself....to be proud of me....to put myself first.
He has sent Judith, Kyra and Charles to guide me along the way.
Yesterday I was in the midst of a horrible stomach virus. However I am strong and resilient thanks to the Almighty and all my chores were done.
Today I'm feeling better. I took Matzah in for a medicinal bath.....mailed my bills and bought a chicken which I will make for dinner. I'm meeting Doris for lunch.
I am so grateful for all the good in my life.
Thank you Almighty.
