GRATITUDE FOR PUTTING MYSELF TOGETHER

I am grateful to the Almighty for allowing me to enjoy EACH DAY and see the good in it. I am able to appreciate each moment in every day and that is a blessing.


I am one person with one personality.  Sometimes when you have suffered as I have, good can come out of it because you can grow.


I am thankful to the Almighty because I have put the pieces together.

GRATEFUL FOR HOPE IN MY FUTURE

While driving to work today and reviewing the fun things that I will do today after work, I actually smiled.


I started to think about hope for MY FUTURE.   I started to see myself as a separate person, who could not be abused.


I was so grateful to the Almighty for this!!!!!

GRATEFUL FOR SLEEP

I had a wonderful night's sleep last night and I know why.  I am living in the present and enjoying every phase of my day.  


Last night, I was able to read my book.   This morning, I actually overslept!!!!!!   I have things to look forward to.  I am accepting my life and enjoying what is in it.  I'm picking up my dress  to wear to a retirement party and I have Restorative Yoga tonight.


I am so grateful to the Almighty for allowing me to "see".

GRATEFUL FOR THE WEEKEND

Thank you so much Almighty for giving me a good weekend.   I feel so relaxed and refreshed.  He was decent, pleasant and quiet, BUT, thanks to you, I was ready for anything.  


I am grateful!!!!!


Today, so far has been good.  I will write more later............


I went with him to take the doggie to the doctor.   My financial planner came last night.


He behaved.  I'm not the same.  I don't hope that he will be better.  I have no expectations.


I live in the moment and expect anything.


I don't plan with him.   I learned.


I am grateful to the Almighty for this!!!!!

GRATEFUL FOR MATZAH

Matzah woke us up at 3AM and we didn't go to the condo.  He is now in charge and he said that he was very tired.   I got to walk, go to yoga, get myself weighed at Weight Watchers, read the newspapers and my book.  I even got to watch a NETFLIX movie.

GRATEFUL FOR SHABBOS

I read an article in today's paper before services.   It talked about giving up rage and anger and moving on.  Maybe that's why I have been tired.   constantly think up strategies.


I decided not to do that this Shabbos.   I'm much more relaxed.


I am grateful for that article.

GRATEFUL FOR HAPPINESS

I am grateful to the Almighty because he made me an emotionally strong person.  He made me a happy person.  He made me intelligent and now I know that anything can happen and nothing will bother me.


It's another weekend.  


It's Shabbos.
